The team should also be ready with a video of their journey, showing all the team members in the video. The video should not be more than 10 minutes. In case some team created a video of more than 10 minutes, ask them to reduce the time and cap it within 10 minutes. There is no limitation of speaking in English only, you are allowed to present yourself in the video in Hindi also.

We were saharaa -- A startup lifted into existence by a team of young, dedicated individuals. Established originally on 23 November 2021.

Saharaa has been an epic blend between a amalgamated setting and small, connected team.

These are the personal experiences of our crew members describing their journey.

### Karun Sharma (CEO)

Hello, My name is Karun.

So far being a CEO Of Saharaa -- I didn't just make some strong administrative decisions but also collaboratively worked with my fellow team members to put together the website, create stunning graphics, advance our advertisements and to finally make sure our payment portal integration was functional.

I learnet/experineced the perspective of a business person and the way one works, that I really really don't believe would have got without working on this project.
And we built Saharaa with the aim of "Coming Together for the Greater Good"
In my impression, We all enjoyed working together as we had never experienced nor had such an opportunity which we obtained while working for Saharaa.

### Syed Mohammad Ahkam (COO)

Hi, It's me Syed. I worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Saharaa. AKA the President. Being a COO, I was invested in keeping an eye on the ins and outs of the company in addition to giving constructive feedback to my peers ocassionally. Reporting directly to Karun, The CEO.

I was known to be versatile at my work- I did not just limit myself to a single discipline, I instead did a little of everything. Whether that be content writing, preparing presentations/writeups or even advertising.

One thing I'm proud of during the experience was the opportunity to get better at team-management and critical thinking. Moreover, I had a history of social anxiety in the past which has been almost eradicated now thanks to my encouraging teammates.

Hello, I am Satvik Tiwari and I am cheif Marketing officer at Saharaa and my responsibility included planning and execution of marketing and advertising.

We were originally carrying out marketing solely in online mode, but quickly we realised- our current marketing strategy is not effective at all considering the fact that mostly our target user base did not have basic technical skills to find us? In the wake of this realisation, we decided to introduce the offline mode of marketing to make our platform easier to discover and reach the masses.

With this we learnt to deal with the facts not the fiction. Because we built our startup with the motive of cementing our relationship with the customers.

### Purvik Varma (Business Manager)

First, let me introduce myself. I am Purvik Varma Dantuluri, Business Manager at Saharaa. My responsibilities at saharaa is to supervise and lead company's operations and employees.

Saharaa has shown me the ropes on how business is conducted -- honestly and correctly

As of now the journey was quite perfect and all thanks to my friends at saharaa for helping me overcoming my weakness.

### Prince Garg (Content Writer)

Hello, I'm Prince Garg. I worked as a content writer at Saharaa. My responsibilities mostly revolved around supplying content for presentations, social media advertisements and internal writeups of our company.

As a content writer, Researching and information gathering was a crucial aspect to lay the foundation of my ideas which eventually acted as a reference for my content.

For my experince at Saharaa, I loved the way every of my team memeber used to quickly and elaborately provide me with all the details that I desired. We used to hold daily meetings and discuss about all aspects of our business activities at Saharaa.

To ease my content writing journey, I made use of a few tools, namely- moz, wordhippo, and grammarly.

## Closing note

It was quite an experience. We had never imagined we were capable of what we achieved with Saharaa.

This whole experience provided us with an opportunity to learn and sharpen our skills.

All thanks to Nidhi Mam -- for providing us with the boost in entrepreneurship we never knew we needed. Thank you mam for pushing us to tackle this task, we are extremely grateful for it. This experience we would never forget in our lifetime.

It was an honour to be the *Saharaa* people wished and longed for.
