#### Senior Director, Delos Labs, 2018 - present
**Senior product manager,** [DARWIN](https://delos.com/solutions/residential), the world 1^st smart home system that delivers health&wellness benefits by providing enhanced air quality, thermal comfort, water quality, acoustic and user behavior nudge through scientifically proven automation.
* Designed and managed product integration efforts and joint solution from idea generation to launch.
* Launched integrations with 10+ top strategic partners including Tuya, cleanlife, Control4, Carrier, Sonos, LifX, Hue, Ecobee, KB home, GL home. Severed 10,000 homes in AUS and 4000+ luxury, multi-family and single family home owners.
* Developed 10+ integration PRDs, actively coordinated 20+ ongoing feature development. Gathered system data, including product reviews and case studies to inform management and stakeholders; collaborated with staff engineers to optimize product testing processes.

**Editor-in-Chief**, Leadership marketing insights, generated monthly market research report for executives; Continously performed competitor analysis with marketing to understand market potential and competitive landscape.

**Senior product manager**, Delos Select^TM program
* Identified the business opportunies of an internal process through user interviews, focus groups and manufacturer visits, then transformed to a product curation program for revenue generation.
* Owned the go-to-market strategy and product roadmap with certified 120+ products in 14 months. Enlarged the product ecosystem with branding. The program contributed initialized the enterprise brand strategy and customer recognition.

#### Director, Delos Labs, 2017 - 2018
**Product owner**, [DARWIN X](https://labsdarwin.com)
* Rapid prototying; initiated the development of a testing platform (DARWINX) to deploy innovative features on the product roadmap. Expanded DARWINX from one flagship site in New York to 10 homes. Transformed 14 major feature updates to production level in DARWIN along with 4 patent applications.
* Created orginal index and Data visulization to communicate with users about indoor environment quality
* Developed updated sleep experience with dynmaic temperature ,lighting and behavior intervention.

*Principle investigator & Product manager, Continous monitoring of indoor IEQ*
* Hired, managed and worked with a 12 researchers team to develop a systematic methodology for indoor environment sensor application (temperature, humidity, air quality, illumination, and sound level).

#### Mayo Clinic Research Affiliate
* Designed and built the testing system in [Well Living Lab](http://welllivinglab.com/) at Mayo Clinic to collect indoor environment data (thermal comfort, air quality, circidain lighting and ergonomic) for investigating their impact on human health, wellness and productivity. * Hands-on experience with building system design, hardware intergtation, maintanence and troubeshooting.
