# Overview

This proposal was written by both the Junoswap and WYND DAO teams. We hope these two proposals can provide a clear path of transition from Junoswap to WYND DAO for both liquidity providers and stakers.

With the passage of Juno Proposition 61, Juno incentives have been removed from Junoswap.

This proposal below, if passed, allows for an automatic mass migration of all liquidity pools listed below from Junoswap to WYND DEX and supersede WYND’s initially proposed liquidity migration plan. (see list at the end for pools eligible for mass migration)

Users will have the option to opt out of the migration plan by withdrawing their assets after this proposal passes. If passed, all liquidity pool assets from the list below that have not been withdrawn from Junoswap will be migrated to WYND DEX when the liquidity deposit period begins.

If this proposal passes:

## $RAW Paired Pools

This proposal will upgrade the RAW paired pools to disable trading and deposits of new assets. Users will be able to withdraw assets if they choose to opt-out of the mass migration. Before the launch of trading on WYND DEX, there will be a liquidity deposit period. During this deposit period, the remaining non-RAW LP assets previously paired with RAW will be migrated to WYND DEX and deposited into a corresponding WYND LP. During the migration, the RAW previously in the Junoswap pool will be burned and 1 WYND will be airdropped for each $1 of the non-RAW trading pair based on the market price of the non-RAW paired asset at the time of migration. For assets not traded anywhere outside of Junoswap or traded elsewhere with very thin liquidity, the amount of airdropped WYND will be based on the price of the non-RAW paired asset at the time this proposal is submitted. Any instances of suspicious price manipulation on low liquidity assets may be subject to review via governance on WYND DAO. All liquidity will be migrated into a 2 week unbonding tier corresponding WYND pool.

## Non-RAW Paired Pools

Non-RAW paired pools on Junoswap will continue to trade as normal until the deposit period for WYND DEX opens up. At that point, the liquidity will be migrated over.

## Raw Rewards

This proposal will end the RAW rewards program and no further RAW rewards will be issued.

## WYND DEX Mass Migration

All migrated positions will be bonded on WYND DEX in the 2 week unbonding tier and users are free to rebond up or down from there. The reason for this proposal is to preserve the value of bonded liquidity providers in RAW pairs. By conducting this migration plan en masse via this proposal, RAW holders will avoid the potential mass selling of RAW and/or the mass removal of liquidity in RAW paired pools. This proposal aims to ensure a smooth transition while greatly reducing risk to liquidity providers of RAW.

## Staked $RAW

A snapshot of RAW staked and in the process of unstaking will be taken when this proposal is executed. RAW stakers will be airdropped 500,000 WYND prior to the launch of WYND DEX. The airdropped tokens will vest linearly for 1 year and all vesting tokens can be staked. Liquid $RAW tokens will not receive this airdrop.

## WYND 2.0 Airdrop Eligibility

Finally, all users who migrate liquidity to WYND DEX as part of the Junoswap Migration plan described in this proposal will be eligible for the planned Second Round Airdrop to be conducted at a later date.
