- Apply Graph Community Detection for Islet Cell Neighborhood Analysis;
- Propose a brand-new cell enrichment scoring scheme for cell enrichment, CF-IDF, which considers both prevalence and uniqueness of a particular cell type in cell community;
- The combination of graph community detection and new scoring scheme shows a convincing performance on downstream cell neighborhood analysis tasks.
