    # Portofolio ## 1. Individual Analyses - Team Formation ### Morris #### Get2 ![](https://i.imgur.com/m8RU32c.png) #### Intelectual capital Linux, includes bash scripting and maintaining minimal linux systems like Arch NixOps Web development Python Machine Learning e.g. scikit-learn, tensorflow R Statistics #### Social capital My father created 3 start-ups so could help in idea forming, contacts and financial advice. Also includes accounting and other parts that come up. Also the university provides a lot of contacts of people that could contribute technically wise. For the rest there are also some chess players I know that are professors or work in technical industries. #### Role assesment ![](https://i.imgur.com/uquM0ph.png) ### Rav #### 1.1 General Enterprising Tendency test 2 ![](https://imgur.com/2I8HOrC.png) Team player Expert Executive #### 1.2 My intellectual capital: I - as almost everybody - posess some acdemically-acquired skills, ranging from a rather deep knowledge of Physics and Mathematics to some proficiency in Data Science methods. Besides, I am quite knowledgable about the world (geography) and track-and-field athletics, due to trying them "on my own". As a native Polish speaker, I am more or less able to communicate in (or at least understand) most Slavic languages. #### 1.3 My social capital (whom do I know) I know some influential people, though mainly in Poland, so for any geographically-bound application, they will be of little to no help. My "far friends" range from high level chess players to game developers, Swedish speakers, top-level world athletes, popular publicists, musicians and managers of lesser e-sports corporations. #### 1.4 Role assesment using the 123test® ![](https://imgur.com/PX8AdyO.png) Innovator Expert Explorer ### Stan #### 1.1 General Enterprising Tendency test 2 ![](https://i.imgur.com/5mYbm32.jpg) #### 1.2 Intellectual Capital Java, Python, R, Statistics, Machine Learning Some part mathematics and phyiscs too. Academic Writing #### 1.3 Social Capital My dad, who manages a whole branch / factory and used to work a lot in supply chain management. So he can give advice on how to handle supply and managing as a whole. My grandpa who owned a company of his own. A friend who codes discord bots 24/7. Several friends who've dabbled in startups but I've no idea what exactly unless I ask them. #### 1.4 Role Assesment Using 123test ![](https://i.imgur.com/WWB4RbZ.jpg) Analyst Chairperson Executive ### Riccardo ![](https://i.imgur.com/cv3DYrg.jpg) ![](https://i.imgur.com/ZdXi8rO.jpg) Explorer Innovator Analyst #### My Intellectual Capital I have knowledge in programming (particularly in Python) as well as general IT knowledge. I furthemore know a good number of languages (at least english, italian, spanish and french) well enough to reach an audience speaking them. #### My Social Capital Beyond my own contacts (family, friends, university contacts), I can access several online communities including some based in the Netherlands; furthermore, I can utilize some social media presence to advertise further. ### Boyd #### 1.1 Belbin test ![](https://i.imgur.com/nDoveu3.png) Analyst Team player Expert #### 1.2 My Intellectual Capital Basic programming skills in languages like, Java, Python and R. Advanced mathematical skills and statistics. Also computer science skills like, Algorithms and some basic security knowledge. #### 1.3 My Social Capital My father, runs his own business so he could help with some of the organizational elements, and he works in finance so he could also help us with some of the financial parts. My brother is accountant could help keep the books. Friends at my hockey club, who own their own businesses I could ask advice on how to run/market my own. #### 1.4 General Entreprising Tendency test 2 ![](https://i.imgur.com/MXJsAPO.png) ## 2. Team Analysis ### 2.1 Based on the results for 1.1 - 1.3, is this team complementary? Yes and no. It depends a bit on the startup itself. Data science skills are overpresented, but luckily we also got some Computer Science stuff. There are no real entrepeneurial skills in this team. ### 2.2 Does our team comprise all nine team roles? When we count all the top 3 roles then we get the following: Innovator 2 Expert 3 Explorer 2 Team player 2 Executive 2 Analyst 3 Chairperson 1 Completer 0 Driver 0 This team currently lacks any people that have the Driver or Completer team roles. However, one member (Riccardo) had the same percentage as Driver as with other roles that were in his top 3, so the only role that is really missing is the Completer. In terms of skills none of the team members have any skills relating to starting a business yet. Although there are some of the members like Morris or Boyd that have close relatives that do have experience in this. ### 2.3 Team Canvas Basic ## 2. Ideation ### 2.1.1. Which divergent thinking technique(s) did you choose? Motivate why. The possible options (according to the CreativityToday.net) are: - ATTRIBUTE LISTING (list all attributes of a problem/solution and customize/improve them one by one) - BIOMIMICRY (innovation inspired by nature) - BRAINWRITING 6-3-5 (brainstorming with extra steps - in circles, next person improves of the idea of the predeccesor) - CHALLENGE ASSUMPTIONS (think of an existing product and question its reality) - OSBORN CHECKLIST () ### 2.1.2. Briefly describe this part of the creativity and innovation process(es) and how you have experienced it. What went well, what went wrong (/less well), and why? ### 2.1.3. Reflect on your ideation process using relevant academic literature, for example the journal articles listed as reading material for the course. To what extent did you generate ideas in line with the prevailing scientific evidence? ### 2.2.1 Which two convergent thinking techniques did you choose? Motivate why. ### 2.2.2. Now briefly describe and compare both processes of convergent thinking. Did they both lead to the same outcome? Why (not)? # Ideas White ideation * App - dietary needs, calories. Incorperate supermarktet list. Price-based to see what is all the posibilities. * app that student in schools can use to organize events and notify other students. * Teddy bear * Program that cleans up noise. App inside the OS. So the noise cancellation happens according to all vc programs. * Chess site to train openings with converting them to flashcards. And also that trains visualization. * App - what presents to buy for kids, following trends in purchasing behaviour. * Trackband for cats that doesn't fall off. * Make it so that you find the right lamps when you like to replace them to lower electricity. * Device put it on a wall and keeps listening. Mice elimination device * App that shows you information about landmark using picture * Travel app, creates an itinerary or a travel route based on your preferences, region/country or city and price.
