#### Social capital
My father created 3 start-ups so could help in idea forming, contacts and financial advice. Also includes accounting and other parts that come up. Also the university provides a lot of contacts of people that could contribute technically wise. For the rest there are also some chess players I know that are professors or work in technical industries.

#### 1.2 My intellectual capital:
I - as almost everybody - posess some acdemically-acquired skills, ranging from a rather deep knowledge of Physics and Mathematics to some proficiency in Data Science methods. Besides, I am quite knowledgable about the world (geography) and track-and-field athletics, due to trying them "on my own". As a native Polish speaker, I am more or less able to communicate in (or at least understand) most Slavic languages.
#### 1.3 My social capital (whom do I know)
I know some influential people, though mainly in Poland, so for any geographically-bound application, they will be of little to no help. My "far friends" range from high level chess players to game developers, Swedish speakers, top-level world athletes, popular publicists, musicians and managers of lesser e-sports corporations.

## 2. Team Analysis
### 2.1 Based on the results for 1.1 - 1.3, is this team complementary?
Yes and no. It depends a bit on the startup itself. Data science skills are overpresented, but luckily we also got some Computer Science stuff. There are no real entrepeneurial skills in this team.
### 2.2 Does our team comprise all nine team roles?
When we count all the top 3 roles then we get the following:
Innovator 2
Expert 3
Explorer 2
Team player 2
Executive 2
Analyst 3
Chairperson 1
Completer 0
Driver 0
This team currently lacks any people that have the Driver or Completer team roles. However, one member (Riccardo) had the same percentage as Driver as with other roles that were in his top 3, so the only role that is really missing is the Completer.
In terms of skills none of the team members have any skills relating to starting a business yet. Although there are some of the members like Morris or Boyd that have close relatives that do have experience in this.

## 2. Ideation
### 2.1.1. Which divergent thinking technique(s) did you choose? Motivate why.
The possible options (according to the CreativityToday.net) are:
- ATTRIBUTE LISTING (list all attributes of a problem/solution and customize/improve them one by one)
- BIOMIMICRY (innovation inspired by nature)
- BRAINWRITING 6-3-5 (brainstorming with extra steps - in circles, next person improves of the idea of the predeccesor)
- CHALLENGE ASSUMPTIONS (think of an existing product and question its reality)
- OSBORN CHECKLIST ()
### 2.1.2. Briefly describe this part of the creativity and innovation process(es) and how you have experienced it. What went well, what went wrong (/less well), and why?
### 2.1.3. Reflect on your ideation process using relevant academic literature, for example the journal articles listed as reading material for the course. To what extent did you generate ideas in line with the prevailing scientific evidence?
### 2.2.1 Which two convergent thinking techniques did you choose? Motivate why.
### 2.2.2. Now briefly describe and compare both processes of convergent thinking. Did they both lead to the same outcome? Why (not)?
