Yes

## Testcard
### Pre-testing
**Name:** Arthur Romagné
**Age:** 21
**Occupation:** Student
**Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** We sent a link of our project given the current conditions. We described our idea to him before he answered our questions.
**Duration of the meeting:** 15 mins
### User scenarios testing
**1st instruction:**
You take public transport every day, you're on the bus, would you use our application to cultivate yourself and discover new museums?
**Observations:**
Yes I think I would use your application but rarely. I'm not a big fan of museums, but once in a while, why not.
**2nd instruction:** (this is your second scenario):
You are with your family, you can't go on holiday, would you use our application to visit a virtual museum?
**Observations:**
It's more something I'd do on my own. I think it's more of a virtual tour to do on your own and not as a family, except with young children. Also, I don't think my parents would be particularly interested in it.
### Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- Very enthusiastic about us
- Appreciates our application
- Think it's a good idea to cultivate yourself
**Negative feedback:**
- The user is not sure that it will be of interest to the general public.
- Not the same experience as when you visit a real museum. Lack of realism
- The user would use the application only once a week and would not be an Addict of our service.
**Learning & insights:**
From this interview, we learned that our application lacked realism, and we realized that we would have to adapt it to the general public and encourage them to visit museums with our application. However, the user seems optimistic about the usefulness of our application and thinks that it will be of interest to those who want to deepen their culture and learn new things.
**Decisions & actions:**
To iterate, we We're going to make our application more fun and engaging for the general public. We will try to launch a kind of questionnaire to send better suggestions to users.
# 2nd test:
## Questionnaire
We are four students from emlyon business school and we decided to launch our virtual museum tour application. Passionate about culture and the digital world, we decided to embark on this entrepreneurial adventure to revolutionize the way we see the world, and the way we cultivate ourselves.
### Q1: What do you think about our project?
The idea is interesting but it would not occur to me to visit a museum virtually, I don't think I would take the time to do so.
### Q2: Do you think our project would really change our cultural habits?
I don't think it's going to revolutionize the way we cultivate ourselves because people who already want to visit museums actually go there and prefer to see things in real life.
### Q3: Do you think that our project responds to the problem we have been given?
Yes, your project is totally in line with this.
General information related to the topic
### Q4: Do you often go on cultural outings?
Yes I love to learn new things, I love to visit museums and learn new things about artworks, artists, etc. I love to learn new things. I'm a passionate person about the creations that all artists make, and I'm always eager to discover them.
### Q5: Do you have budget problems when you want to organize cultural outings?
I put money aside for travel and museum visits. Every summer, I go with a few girlfriends to a city which allows me to visit many museums. I don't have any money problems because I make sure to keep some to travel during the summer and discover new places and museums.
### Q6: Do you like going to museums?
I love it.
Behavior related to particular issues
### Q7: What do you think of our application after testing it?
Your application looks great.
### Q8: Do you think this application is useful for those who would like to discover museums? Did you find it realistic?
It's very playful, easy to use and you don't get lost in it. I like it a lot, it makes you want to discover more.
### Q9: Would you like to discover museums on our application? Would you be willing to download our application?
It must be veAt first I was quite sceptical, but in reality I think it would be an ideal way to learn more about the works, the artists, etc. I think it would be a great way to learn more about the works, the artists and so on. Sometimes when you go to a museum, you don't have time to discover the works in depth. Sometimes there are too many people in museums and it's impossible to get a good look at the works. Also, I will not have the opportunity to visit all the museums on this planet, so I think it is a very good application.
Constructive suggestions for improvement
### Q10: What could be improved on our application?
Perhaps you should show more how to access information about the works, and also suggest several ways to visit the museum. That is to say, for example, go from work to work, or visit the museum in the most realistic way possible, i.e. by moving around the application as if you were actually moving around.
### Q11: How often would you like to visit museums using our application?
I think I would use your app often because I love to learn new things, and cultivating myself is a real pleasure

**Duration of the meeting:** 20 mins
### User scenarios testing
**1st instruction** :
You're at home this summer, you can't afford to go on holiday and so you won't be able to visit museums.
**Observations:**
I think you application is a very original way to respond to that problem, I think I would give it a try if I'm in this situation.
**2nd instruction:** (this is your second scenario):
You love visiting museums, you are very interested in culture, works of art and artists. You want to know more about a work or an artist, would you take the time to go to our application and learn many things through our application?
**Observations:**
Yes of course I would use your application a lot to know more about the work and to be able to observe the work in depth. Moreover, it would make you want to visit museums physically. It's really great for culture.
### Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- Very much appreciated our application and would be happy to use it very often
- Appreciates our application
- Very enthusiastic about the idea of being able to discover new museums with our application.
**Negative feedback:**
- No negative criticism
**Learning & insights:**
We are very happy to see the enthusiasm of this potential user. We think this is a rather rare case as it is his passion to travel and visit the museums in the cities where he goes. But we take these criticisms on board and will try to improve our application despite the fact that she finds it very good like that.
**Decisions & actions:**
To iterate, we will improve the interface so that users will know how to get detailed information about each work and the artists.
# 3rd test:
## Questionnaire
We are four students from emlyon business school and we decided to launch our virtual museum tour application. Passionate about culture and the digital world, we decided to embark on this entrepreneurial adventure to revolutionize the way we see the world, and the way we cultivate ourselves.
### Q1: What do you think about our project?
I think it's a good idea to introduce young people to the wonders this world has to offer. Maybe it's better for people to learn more about culture rather than playing video games all the time.
### Q2: Do you think our project would really change our cultural habits?
I don't think so because it may only concern a few enthusiasts.
### Q3: Do you think that our project responds to the problem we have been given?
Yes, that answers the problem.
General information related to the topic
### Q4: Do you often go on cultural outings?
I went on a few cultural outings but it was always in the company of my parents, who are real art lovers, especially paintings. However, I don't do cultural outings on my own, I'm still not interested and sensitive enough to art. Maybe it will come with your application ;)to time
### Q5:Do you have budget problems when you want to organize cultural outings?
Yes I have very little budget to go to the museum, I prefer to put my money to party with my buddies.
### Q6: Do you like going to museums?
I like it, but very rarely, it's not my passion. On the other hand, doing it as a family is something I enjoy very much.
Behavior related to particular issues
### Q7: What do you think of our application after testing it?
I prefer to do things in real life, but I must admit I'm bluffed by what you're proposing. I don't think I would use the app, or very rarely. On the other hand, I find the concept very good for art and museum enthusiasts. It's a good idea for young children who need to be educated in order to better enter the adult world.
### Q8: Do you think this application is useful for those who would like to discover museums? Did you find it realistic?
She'd be very helpful, that's for sure. Even for students who have information to look up on certain artists or works.
### Q9: Would you like to discover museums on our application? Would you be willing to download our application?
Maybe I would from time to time. But I wouldn't spend hours visiting museums on your app, I'm not passionate enough about art for that.
Constructive suggestions for improvement
### Q10: What could be improved on our application?
Maybe you should make it more playful for young children. Finally, the interface also lacks cheerfulness. It should make us want to visit museums and not be too intellectual.
### Q11: How often would you like to visit museums using our application?
I would use it very rarely, once a month. I think I would use it much more when I have children to keep them busy and to teach them new things from a young age.
## Testcard
### Pre-testing
**Name:** Bancel
**Age:** Valentin
**Occupation:** Employee in a textile company: digital communication
**Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** We sent a link of our project given the current conditions. We described our idea to him before he answered our questions.
**Duration of the meeting:** 35 mins
### User scenarios testing
**1st instruction** :
You take public transport every day, you're on the bus, would you use our application to cultivate yourself and discover new museums?
**Observations:**
No, I prefer to read the news, listen to podcasts or music.
**2nd instruction:** (this is your second scenario):
You are with your family, you can't go on holiday, would you use our application to visit a virtual museum?
**Observations:**
I spend very little time with my parents, and I prefer to do little and really enjoy myself rather than do things to force myself. I don't like to freeze on my phone so I'd rather go out with my friends than visit a virtual museum.
### Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- Good handling of our application
- Think this will be a good application for art lovers.
- Think it's a good idea to cultivate yourself
**Negative feedback:**
- People with little interest will use the application very little.
- The application lacks a playful interface for children. Too intellectual, it deserves more fun.
- The user would use The user thinks that this application will only be used by art lovers, which is a very limited audience.the application only once a week and would not be an Addict of our service.
**Learning & insights:**
We have taken note that a person with little interest in art will not be receptive to our application. Moreover, we will have to change our interface to make it more playful and joyful. We would also have to pay more attention to a target audience such as families with young children.
**Decisions & actions:**
To iterate, It will be necessary to try to captivate an audience that is not necessarily interested in art but could become so. We must attract users by selling them the benefits of our application, for example, to shine in society. What could be better than the son-in-law or daughter-in-law who has visited every museum in the world and is very cultured to impress in-laws?
