Follow up from last meeting see [notes](https://hackmd.io/oEAKQC5hR5iykLtdnhhpFQ#Wrap-up-amp-Communications)
| Team | Notes |
| -------- | -------- |
| AIDA | [AI Course for Radiologists and Pathologists](https://liu.se/en/article/ai-och-deep-learning) It is the 10th time this course is arranged and is nice to see the progress over time how the audience has developed. From being sceptical and thinking that AI might take ver their jobs in 2017 to today when most participants have already used some AI tool in the clinic before the course.
6 times per year AIDA days are happening and the idea is to add a technical workshop to each event that will be the NBIS contribution |
| BIIF |
| Cell & molecular biology| |
| Data Management |Still onboarding new DS member |
| EvoBio | |
| Health and Clinical | Biomarkers course Dec 6-8 has 22 applicants after emails sent locally at host universities |
| Microbiology, Immunology and Structural Biology ||
| Systems development | |
| UPPMAX/Compute and Storage| No updates, AFAIK courses are in newletters and other places. We prefer GitHub Pages over Canvas, no discussion on internal training needs yet |

* Announce TA needs here? Use the team function for listing TAs?
* Training Team: Place TRcs at top of table and add contact email to TrCs
- [NBIS Training guidelines for time allocation and role descriptions (README)](https://docs.google.com/document/d/11fH3OmSoBKgrb3-7xEPfPGx80BFhMmJoOY8Bxt6QphE/edit)
* Use TA consistently throughout the document
* Course leader time, might be a fixed number of hours
* Clarify that for new courses/new lectures the preparation time is higher a start up
* 2h + 1h preparation for lectures seems a bit low
* TA preparation 1+1 the first time
