| BIIF | BIIF has been active in three NBIS courses during 2022 (+ 11 courses outside NBIS): 1) Neural nets and deep learning, 2) Tools for reproducible research (GitHub) and 3) Spatial omics data analysis. We are also available to join courses related to Python, Machine Learning and Data Science. We have weekly meetings. Internal training needs: We recommend BIIF members to join the tools for reproducible research. We are in the process of recruiting new staff for the Uppsala node and hopefully we will be able to recruit someone for the Stockholm node as well.

| Health and Clinical | Meeting 2x a month, allocated time for training updates. Biomarker Discovery (BD) course will be offered in 2024 as topical content is still in progress (CL: Mun Gwan, Vincent Van Hoef) --- ToDo: Training coordinators will contact MG & VH to gain clarification on support needed to offer BD in late 2023. RaukR CLs have given positive feedback on help provided by Jenny A. |

* Booking of venues/rooms for all NBIS sites
* Email acceptence, waiting list to participants
* when course leader asks for it
* needs a template email format to be used for all courses
* Order lunch, coffee and book dinner place for all NBIS sites
* if Jenny has all information about logistics
* Preparing the certificates and sending these out to participants
* template is done

* Onboarding all new NBISers to CANVAS
* Onboard/add students to the CANVAS to create user accounts
* Travel and accomodation booking for trainers in NBIS needed on other sites
* Travel and accomodation for external guest lecture
* Invoicing regarding the course incl students
Feedback from RaukR: Help received so far is room booking and catering. I guess travel booking will come.
