top-down waterfall的方式，對新服務來說，風險比較高
內部還是很鼓勵工程師跟著PM、業務出去跑，貼近客戶
工程師應該要有這種sence，夠了解市場，接受市場反饋的多
軍事化的管理，大家怎麼會真的講出心中想法
要有數據，才有驗證
才能持續進步
有關process的，一定是老闆決定
