## Overview of FHIR Resource Organization
Standardized resources such as personnel and organizations (Patient, Practitioner, PractitionerRole, Organization) have been specified in FHIR. According to FHIR specification:
- Patients and positions (PractitionerRole) may refer to the organization they belong to.
- Subsidiary organization can refer to its parent organization.
- The position (PractitionerRole) refers to a professional medical staff (Practitioner)
