## Purchase orders
### Awaiting confirmation

Suppliers can search for purchase orders using the case number, purchase order number, or the order placement date.
Each dashboard's results can be exported to an Excel file.

By clicking the 'go to details' icon, you'll be taken to the purchase order overview page:

To view the purchase order PDF, you can download it from this page using the "Download PO" button.
Once you click 'Confirm PO', a new popup opens where you can provide the delivery schedule for all the products in this PO:

***For each product, we show a theoretical delivery date which is the expected delivery date based on the signed LTA.***
You must provide either the estimated or confirmed readiness dates for all products in the delivery schedule and review the terms and conditions.
Deliveries can be split into batches, as illustrated below:

Once the purchase order is confirmed, you will see the **deliveries** and **documents** tabs, in addition to the **Overview** and **Revisions** tabs.

## Outgoing deliveries
### Schedule to be confirmed
This dashboard displays the deliveries scheduled to be made within the next 3 weeks (i.e., any delivery with an estimated readiness date within 3 weeks from now will appear here):

You can filter the deliveries by case number, purchase order number, or delivery date in the outgoing deliveries dashboard:

Once you click the 'go to details' icon, you'll taken to the deliveries tab of the purchase order page:

Upon clicking 'confirm', a popup will appear, allowing you to update or confirm the delivery schedule:
You can confirm the estimated readiness by selecting 'Confirmed readiness' from the dropdown or change the date if you're unable to honor the current one.
Any updates to the delivery schedule made after one hour are recorded in the system and can be viewed by selecting 'Show cancelled deliveries':

### Cargo to be marked as ready
This dashboard displays the deliveries with confirmed delivery schedule dates within the next two working days:

Upon clicking 'go to details', you'll be taken to the deliveries tab, where you should click the 'set cargo ready...' button:

This will open a new popup to confirm the cargo-readiness date. The system will record the **current date** as the **cargo-readiness date**. You will also be required to provide the mandatory documents- the packing list and logistics invoice:

After confirming the cargo-readiness, you will see the documents under 'cargo readiness' heading along with the recorded date. You can update or delete the cargo-readiness data within one hour:

### Handover to be confirmed
This dashboards displays the cargo-ready deliveries that have not yet been marked as handed over to the freight forwarders. This is a required step in order to proceed with invoicing:

To set the handover date, click on the 'set handover date...' button present in the delivery tab(as shown below)

and then provide the handover date. The date can be today's date or any past date:

The handover date you select will then appears in the deliveries tab under 'Handover' heading:

### Awaiting invoicing documents
This dashboards displays a list of deliveries that have been handed over to the freight forwarder and are now ready for invoicing:

You will see the final step under 'Invoicing documents'. The red cross before documents name indicates that some mandatory documents are missing:

Once you click 'Upload documents...', a new popup will open to upload the invoicing documents:

The mandatory documents for invoicing are: forwarder's certificate of receipt, certificate of origin, and the commercial invoice.
Once uploaded, the screens will now look like this:

Suppliers can upload other types of documents as well from this screen. These will appear under 'Additional documents' as shown below:

## All outgoing deliveries
We have added an additional page, 'Outgoing deliveries', under the 'Deliveries' menu to view the list of all outgoing deliveries:
