# Release 2024-11-08

Dear Team,

This Friday (2024-11-08) we deployed some updates to UN Web Buy. Below is a list of highlights for this release.

## Revamped the supplier's purchase order page

A Supplier user can see the new purchase order page when they update the "Pending purchase orders" or the ones "Awaiting cargo-readiness estimates" (refer to image 1). They can also reach this page from the "Cases" menu - Cases > Search Orders > Clicking the purchase order numbers under the "Purchase order #" column (refer to image 2):

### New purchase order:
For any new purchase order sent to the supplier, the page will look like this:

On the right, there are two buttons: one to confirm the purchase order and another to download the purchase order PDF.

#### Actions for the suppliers:

* ##### Confirm a purchase order
Once a supplier receives a new purchase order, they can confirm it by providing a delivery schedule for all the products that are part of the purchase order:

***Please note:*** From now on, suppliers must provide an estimated cargo readiness date for all product units. The concept of acknowledging or partially confirming a purchase order is no longer applicable.

The delivery may be divided into multiple batches as outlined below:

* ##### Add delivery documents
Once the supplier confirms a purchase order, they will see two new tabs: a) Cargo-readiness b) Invoice.

Below is the screenshot of the cargo-readiness tab, where suppliers can view the delivery schedule they entered when confirming the purchase order (indicated by 1). They can also update the estimated delivery dates (indicated by 2) and add documents through this tab (indicated by 3):

Suppliers can upload multiple documents at once using the "Upload document" popup:

* ##### Add invoice documents

The tab shown below is the Invoice tab where suppliers can add an invoice document (indicated by 1) and add related notes (indicated by 2)

The types of documents that can be uploaded from this tab are: Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Packing List and Freight Forwarder's Certificate of Receipt:

***Please note:*** We now have an additional "Revisons" tab, which allows the suppliers to view the history of a purchase order:

### Already acknowledged purchase order

There may be some pre-existing acknowledged purchase orders on the supplier's site. Suppliers can go and confirm those purchase orders. Any incompleted tabs will be highlighted with an icon.

For example, in the screenshot below, the icon before 'cargo-readiness' and 'invoice' indicates that both tabs contain incomplete data:

## Revamped the freight forwarder's purchase order page

With this new release the freight forwarders will see a new purchase order page. The page is accessible through the update action on purchase order's dashboard (refer to image 3) or from the "Cases" menu (Cases > search orders > Clicking the purchase order numbers under the "Purchase order #" column; refer to image 4):

## Consignee upload

We have revamped the **Consignee Upload** page on both the internal and external client sites.

Below is a screenshot of the redesigned page on the client site:

### Key Updates:
- **Enhanced Filters**: Easily search consignees with new, advanced filters.
- **Streamlined Actions**: New buttons for adding, editing, or deleting consignees.

### **Important Notes**:
- Access to this page is restricted to users with **client admin rights** on the client site.
- The **Reference Code** field is now visible for all the users but remains required only for **The Global Fund Wambo** consignees.

On the internal site, the list of consignees for each client node can be accessed from the **Client Node Overview** page under the **Consignees** tab.

The **"Upload Consignees in Bulk"** feature, previously available only on the external site, has been relocated here.

### **Important Notes for Bulk Upload**:
- This action is exclusively available for the **The Global Fund Wambo** node.
- To upload consignees in bulk, click the **Add in Bulk** button:
