# PROCEDURA proposte di founding on NEAR + esempi

So Cosmia DAO is a sputnik dao, used to manage founds

For internal proposal any members use it

I set two GROUPS: EVERYONE and CIRCLE (circle is to avoid use the name council, but is that)

THE PROCEDURE FOR ASK FOR FOUNDS IS FIRST FORUM, THEN ASTRO:

1) -> CREATIVES plus the tag COSMIA-DAO -> **NEW TOPIC** the first one must be **Introduction Cosmia DAO** (be sure is selected CREATIVES plus the tag COSMIA-DAO)
2) -> now in the same way we can write **PROPOSALS and REPORTS** qui sono cose interne che leggiamo noi e le teniamo organizzate e poi serviranno da linkare per la richiesta fondi ufficiale nel prossimo step (per esempio qui possiamo semprte editare o approvare da soli la nostra proposta cambiando il titolo da "proposal" a "approved")

Updated Project Timeline:

The community members supported by our Vertical program submitted their reports concerning the work in progress. Here are Giulia Cat 1 and Juliana Matsumura results so far. We’re also looking forward to supporting Short-story project cover design 1 this month
In order to standardize the proposals and reports submitted to Incubadora and ease our evaluation process, we launched guides to be followed by community members in our NEAR Forum
Wallets created: incubadora_catalogue.near, for our biannual catalogue; incubadora_defi.near, for DeFi experiments and research; and incubadora_airdrops.near, for airdrops to participants of our activities
Introductions to the Brazilian Activist Cinema was the 1st Seminar held by Incubadora’s educational project. Leonardo Gonçalves, a filmmaker and PhD student from Brazil, was the speaker and the initiative had Its subscriptions sold out. @hevertonharieno made the video editing of the Seminar and It will soon be featured in the Incubadora YouTube channel that we plan on launching next month
The awarded artists in our 1st Artist Stipend Program presented their report after finishing the second month. Here are Sara Mosli and João Emediato testimony
The winning artists of our 2nd Artis Stipend Program were: Amanda Silva, Elizabeth Ramos, Madalena Mendes and Manuela Romeiro.

This publication is supposed to be released 2x a year and consists of a retrospective of the results and impacts observed in the supported artists’ lives and works. The amount requested is related to the second part of 3000 USD budget that will be split into 6 parts to be requested in the future.

NOTE: All payout proposals will be for the N values displayed here; members of the Incubadora DAO council and members of the community will have to use this as a reference when asking for rewards. Those will be fixed once and if the request is approved by the council of the Creatives DAO. This must be done in order to protect the DAOs funds, otherwise we risk being unable to fulfill our commitments. That also means that members can ask for their payout at any point during the month. Used conversion rate: tba.
