# Farms requirements validation

Based on the [latest subproposal](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/mip102c2-sp7-mip-amendment-subproposals/20381/7?u=0x3phemeralsoul) published in the forum our understanding is:

There are 4 types of farming.

# General Farm questions

1.- is the Maker Lockstaking Engine the same as Sagittarius Engine with some new features? (i.e. NFTs)

# Farming Type A questions

Our understanding: User locks NGT (NewGovernanceToken) and gets the rewards into the EOA used to stake tokens into the Farm. Rate is half of exit fee.
## Questions:
1.- Can you ellaborate on "Rate is half of exit fee"? We understand that Exit fee is from Sagittarius Engine. Do you want half of the tokens that are taken from users exiting to be used to distribute rewards? if so, then there might be moments when rewards are zero if all exit fee penalties has been already distributed.
2.- Confirm this Type A is needed for Phase 4 (Sky accelaration timeline)?

# Farming Type B questions:

## Questions:
1.- Can you elaborate on the user flow: how is the NFT minted, what is needed to mint it? Is the NFT transferable?
2. The article 4.3.6.2 mentions embeded tokens are reduced. Shouldn't they increase as rewards accrue to the NFT?
3.- What is the use of the NFT?
4.- How do I unstake my original NGT tokens if I have sold my NFT? is it possible? desirable?
5.- the rewards for this NFT are only SubDAO tokens (not Dai)? if so, can users delegate/vote with this NFT?
6.- Confirm this Type B is needed for Phase 4 (Sky accelaration timeline)?

# Farming Type C questions
Our understanding: User locks and stakes NGT tokens into the engine and receives SubDAO tokens in reward.
## Questions:
1.- The rewards are in SubDAO tokens that are also locked, while they are locked: is there any use for them?
2.- when can they be unlocked?
3.- What's the Reward rate? it is not mentioned.
4.- What's the purpose of this incentive?
5.- Confirm this Type C is needed for Phase 4 (Sky accelaration timeline)?

# Framing Type D questions
Our understanding: User stakes and locks NGT into engine and the rewards are sent and locked into the Lockstaked NFT. The NFT is also lockstaked in the engine.

## Questions:
1.- What's the reward rate? It is not mentioned.
2.- When unlocking the NFT from the lockstaking engine: is the same exit fee applied to the tokens locked in the NFT?
3.- How is the NFT minted? is it transferable?
4.- When unlocking and unstaking the NFT, are the NGT tokens also unlocked and unstaked?
5.- Can users vote with rewards accrued to the lockstaked NFT?
6.- Confirm this Type D is needed for Phase 4 (Sky accelaration timeline)?
