CABAL is a p2p chat platform, without the use of servers. A CABAL can never go down or be taken away because it all runs locally, which means you can also use it wthout internet. HOP (Health Oracle Protocol) is an open source coherence and a non-coding graphical interface toolkit that enables more people to participate in controlling and understanding data that shapes the health of individuals, communities & nature. HOP uses a graphical interface called Bento Box to connect to the Health Oracle Network and manage visualisation. It requires no coding skills.
