# GMB API Features

## Overview
### Use Case:
>Only show this if location is linked, hide this if Location is not linked.

When a User has a conversation with another User, the information from his GMB page could be displayed within the business details section. "Show Google My Business location"

If selected, we would want this to present in a "Blade" and match as closely as possible to the way a user on google might see the business location in their browser.

## Link Location to Workspace

We will link a single workspace to a single location. We will not support multiple locations to a single workspace (yet).
- To ask User with which location he would like to synchronize his updates from WS?
- Shall we sort somehow the reviews incoming for different locations?
- How to map a Rake User to a google account that has access to administer a selected location.
- Should this feature only be accessible (the linking of the accounts to locations) to workspaceOwner or workspaceAdministrator type roles?

### Use Case:
Linking Workspace to Location
- Button to "Link with Google My Business", only shows for Admin/Owner roles 
- Triggers login to google OAuth forms (this needs details and API examples)

- Then shows list of that google users locations, choosing which location to sync with htis Rake workspace (this needs the specific API examples)

- "Sync Now", get information from google my business and update Rake records
- Show message, your Rake system now matches records on Google My Business

# Synchronization
### Use Case:
Whenever User inputs or edits any of the functionality which can be synchronized with GMB-Rake, User has to be presented with and option: “do you want to synchronize with your GMB?” (yes/no)

If yes, there would pop up an auth page where you can choose your relevant google account. then all the staff from GMB would be visible in BI section as well and could be managed from here as well


## Business Details
Business Hours, contact details etc to be synchronized

>NOTE:
- We need to add feature to "override" normal business hours for holidays or specific dates defined by the business/workspace.
- We also need a "Short description" in Rake
### Use Case:
Business hours updates on GMB, sync to Rake. Updates to Business Hours in Rake push to GMB.

### Use Case:
Phone numbers updates on GMB, sync to Rake. Updates to Phone numbers in Rake push to GMB.
### Use Case:
Description updates on GMB, sync to Rake. Updates to Desription in Rake push to GMB.
### Use Case:
Address updates on GMB, sync to Rake. Updates to Address information in Rake push to GMB.

## New Review Notification
### Use Case:
When a new review is placed on the GMB page a notification falls into the workspace for the Admin.
### Use Case:
When Admin sees notification of a new review he has an option to assign this as a new task to any of his team members.
### Use Case:
Agent writes an answer to a review assigned to him and this answer gets posted into the GMB page under the relevant review
### Use Case:
User can view all reviews posted on GMB page right in hisRAKE ws. The latest 5 are visible and the rest can be unfolded upon click.
### Use Case:
When several notifications fall, they have to be automatically sorted so that the lowest rating review would show on top so that to be handled quicker.

## Images
### Use Case:
when images get posted on the the GMB page it gets synchronized with the UserApp and they are displayed in the WS as well. ( UI to be worked through)

## Content (Products & Services)
### Use Case:
User can edit, add content /products/services in beeopen ws or in GMB and it gets synchronized

WE would want to offer workspace the option to send "Quick Notes" as "Posts" to GMB. This is not a feature they will always want to use... some notes are intended for internal use only. But others can be used both internally and externally.

* should the published notes be marked somehow so that User could see which notes are published on GMB as well and which are internal only
* Should the notes which are to be published by team members on GMB be reviewed/approved by the WS owner/admin?
