## Waterfall Responses to what is most important over coming weeks
Jordan's question:
- Your top 1 or 2 things that are most critical over the next few weeks.
Forrist Lytehaause:
- Clarity of specific outcomes/mission, time bounded, that have one or more people committed to being willing to tat the operational leadership roles. If an outcome has not at least 1 operational leader then it might be sidelined. Operational leader responsibility is a big need and responsibility.
Pete Kaminski:
- Start working on something real together. It could be a list of who we are, or what we want to focus on together, or a project plan for the next invitation, etc.
Rebecca Saltman:
- I would like to be really clear on the what and the how of what we are doing long and short term. Personally, like many of you I am involved with many things so I would love to know what we are committing to
Edward Ober:
- 1. Define mission(s) clearly, get buy in on the mission(s) from the players.
- 2. Create working groups with defined goals / deliverables and timelines.
- 3. Get people on those working groups producing the deliverables. Working groups need set meeting schedule and a leadership structure.
Paul:
- Matching up the individuals already working/focused on similar projects/subjects. Keeping it open for others to join in as they see things others might not
penelope douglas:
- an honest map of critical players based on a set of criteria or a facilitated means to agreements in order to avoid false assumptions.
- a goal for whomever is in this core working group aka Group One regarding a parallel “universe” within which we’re working so we’re sharing resources in order to provide shared /bartered/stability as humans
Hank Kune:
- At least one first prototype (grant application on paper)
- Some in initial experience of people here working together
- Going somewhere together that we think we need to go, in order to practice working and thinking together (even if it turns out NOT to be the direction we eventually take)
samir:
- Clearly state the most proximate goal for the group (ensure that it is fractal proof of the broader mission).
- Generate the specific actions that each person can take on a weekly basis.
- Share and track action for accountability.
- Reconvene to discuss progress and release blockages.
Mark Beam:
- 1. connect our inner true nature to the work we are all called to do in collaboration. what can we do together that we cannot do alone?
- 2. identify approaches to lifting up grassroots Face to face local living systems - narrative leading to systems change
William Larson:
- 1. Clarifying a compelling mission statement of what Lionsberg can do that is truly unique, needed, compelling, and financially viable.
Helene Lindmark:
- Clarity, acceptance, deeply listening, trust
Matt Saiia (he/him):
- Design the system
Michael Grossman:
- I’m big on the power of followership, hoping we can have the humility to bring a movement together not by leading it, but recognizing it and promoting it. Listening, joining others, publicizing, being in effective service to people many of whom already have traction and need to be elevated, heard, and connected to each other.
(end of waterfall answers)
- Kyler - What is the Goal?
- When I die... knowing that there is still some work going on... wiht people trying to grasp and implement in the most positive manner possible... to be able to understand these things...
- and passing the torch...
- instilling the
