- Consent based decision deals primarily with objections, and noticing where things are out of the Range of Tolerance.

- The system is not hte lements it is the relationship between the elements.
- It is actually the relationship that creates the system
- Economical, technological, sociological, energetic.
- It is a skill to pick that up, not a logical thing... listening beyond the logic, beyond the reductionism...
- Constellation work is revealing the system unto itself.
- Our perception is based on unique lived experience, psychologically, biologically, neurologically...
- In order to understand what we want to look at, is understanding the dynamic map or reality, seeing each others perspective, then seeing the relationship in between...
- After that what tends to happen, is that it reveals the higher order whole...
- Fundamentally the eseence is revealing the system unto itself.
- In the meeting, some people were thinking in terms of discrete entities, and blind to the relationships...
- What is needed
- Is to bring in an awareness...
- Of the entire gestalt of the system...
- In that invisible, is the energetic field.. proven in chemical, mechanical, biological fields, that energy creates certain manifestation...
- Harvard - called synchronicity..
- I recognize the visceral feeling when people go into their head.
- There is a joy, and it also means that something else is missing...
- Possibility that when we are showing ourselves as beyond the mind,
- Making the system aware of itself, make the invisible visible, discover...
- To bring us more in the emergent process... on the edge... sensitive to the energies, aware of all that is showing up that is new...
- Being the transformed nature of business...

- Experiment and learn...
- there in an embodiment, without which we cannot learn.
- Humans learn thorugh sensing, experimenting, responding, fundamental learning...
- If it doesn't work, we learn forward...
- it is not a framework, magic bullet, blueprint for perfection - it is learning...

## Proposal
- Create safety so people know they will have their needs met.
- Seeing each person as whole, and inviting each person to relate from the highest and wholest place.

- Dive in to the system, understand the accupuncture points... any entry point is fine...

- First - we ask the question - what is the question we want to ask.
- Set the boundaries of the system
- Clarification of the issue we want to explore...
- What would that change for all of us if this question was (answered) and we could view this from a higher lens.

- Second: Map the system and place into chat and miro
- Third: ID the Key ones, which becomes an icon on map...
- On map - you have direction, distance... each of us represents and element of the system, that relates both to the center and each other.
- Ask what it means to you... go into the middle, and speak the voice / spirit / essence of the relationship... it is the voice of the relationship... the interdependence...
- Forces people up beyond linearity, reductonism to see the whole being.
- and you can see on the map what is creating business as it is now...
- 1. distance between you and the other
- 2. direction you are looking
- 3. Power - the vertical height.
- Creates visceral, logical, emotional impact...
- Finally - is there any voices that aren't represented...
- anytime there is a move, we take a picture...

- If one moves, how does this impact everyone...

- What is it that you would actually change the system...
- which identifies potential direction of where we want to go as a collective.
- what could be teh potentiality to move in a way that business could realize the potential.
