## Intro (Lead by Francis "Frank" Devine)

- **Thanks for coming out and trying out this new twitch-streamed meeting format.**

## Main Body (Lead by William Hayes)

- **Whitelist Apps Reopen: Wednesday, June the 3rd at 9am-11am ET!**
- **Finances:**
- We still will not offer advantages for money, nor whitelisting for donations.
- Thank you all for supporting the community!
- Donations get roles in the Discord and Teamspeak.
- In the last whitelist round we killed our email provider, so we have a new one (that's a new expense).
- Make sure to check your spam folders.
- We have a new cost of the CFX Patron.
- **Our webserver held up fine to the last round. Despite a little slowness at first.**
- If you have an app on the waitlist, just keep checking your app.
- If you didn't get in this time, just apply in the next round with the corrections/advice you have been given.
- **Erotic Roleplay (ERP) is going to be officially banned in the rules.**
- Unfortunately this has finally come up and it's something we have avoided until this point, so this call has been made by the Management team.

## Administration Team (Lead By William Hayes & Emmett Stone)

- **Sarah Connor has been promoted to Admin.**
- **New Trial Moderators were Hired:**
- Felicity Russell
- George Cook
- James Major
- Rafael Navarro
- **Thank you for putting in Player Reports to keep the community rolling with amazing RP.**
- Don't forget that you can always reach out to a player in DMs (Out of Character) if you feel the situation doesn't warrant a Player Report.
- If you do experience poor roleplay, make sure to put in those reports so we can know about it and handle it!
- **Thanks to the Moderators and Trial Moderators for getting whitelists handled during that last massive round and with the waitlist.**
- Also, thanks to the CAs who took over the tickets that were coming in during!

## Development Team (Lead By Ty Byrne)
- **Telegram system just launched. (Thanks to Rob Boss for the Development on it).**
- Aliases are coming in the future where you can send as that name.
- Note that telegrams are based on the character's name, not the steam name and needs correct spelling.

- **The fair has been rocking along with fun assets. (Thanks to Hudson Chesterfield and Henry Houser)**.
- **Bug fixes and Quality of Life changes have been rolling out and more are to come. (The whole team has been involved here).**
- **Some animation changes are coming in the future, but no hard dates set yet (emotes, walking styles, etc). (Thanks to Charlie Copeland).**

## Community Advisor Team (Lead by Frank Devine)

- **Three new CAs were hired:**
- Jaena Shaw
- Jooline Moondance
- Gracie Medlin
- **Thanks to the CAs for helping out with all these events and tickets!**

## Government (Lead by Frank Devine)
- **Voting for State Representatives:**
- Date goes here.
- Location: City hall of Saint Denis.
- You get 3 votes in the new voting system.
- **Town Banishment has been better outlined for LEO**
- If you are banished from a town you can't return for up to 48 hours (or longer if ordered by a judge).
- If you return you get Criminal Trespass.
- If you get caught committing another crime during banishment, you get banished from all towns!

## LEO (Lead by Emmett Stone, James Major, and Sarah Connor)
- **Huge thanks to the LEO Command team for stepping up with all the full servers and hiring.**
- **LEO applications will reopen in the next week or two and will be announced when they do.**
- **Bounty hunting is on the way and procedures are being finalized between the DOJ and the LEO.**
- We want Bounty Hunters to be held to a high standard and be highly vetted.
- Hopefully in the next two weeks the LEO work for this will be done.
- After this, LEO is thinking of bringing in around 15 Bounty Hunters in the first round and heavily vet them.
- **People have been asking how to complain about LEO.**
- If you think a rule was broken, Player Reports or #support can be used for clarification.
- If you see some LEO around, feel free to put in a complaint that way.
- They can always put it up the chain of command to get it addressed.

## Judiciary (Lead by Chief Judge James Tully)
- **Two new Judges:**
- Judge Dalton
- Judge Felicity Russell
- **Banishment and Probation are ways to extend punishment through the Judges.**
- Max 7 days banishment.
- Max 14 days of Probation.
- **Business Licenses:**
- Reopened.
- Reduced from $200 to $100.
- $20 monthly renewal fee, collected by the Judges.
- Possibly you will require a business license to post the advertising for your business in the future.
- **Obituaries are being worked on to be handled by the Department of Justice as a public record of those who passed away.**
- **Death penalties are an option to end your character arc if they really are committing crimes 24/7**
- We don't do forced permas here.
- **Make sure to keep courtroom beef in character!**

## Q/A
- **Is it really okay to initiate combat by using the hogtie mechanic?**
- No. If you Lasso them, you should already been initiated like with any other weapon.
- Responding to a gun to the head by pulling out a lasso and instantly roping them is FailRP.
- **Why do we need to ask permission to use evidence, such as a public VOD or clip we've made of someone elses livestream, when the most likely outcome is being told we can't use it since it would make the report validated?**
- If you are involved in a situation and want to use footage, post your own or ask the user's permission or ask others that witnessed the situation.
- We don't want community members policing other people's streams.
- **Given the popularity of WWRP, will you be adding more servers then you currently have?**
- No plans currently.
- Between instancing issues, staffing, and LEO, there's a lot of working to keeping the servers running smooth.
- With queue disparity, if you are 20 in-queue, hop to a server with less in queue.
- You can typically view the Queues as the number in the square brackets before the server name here:

- **Is there development on our own version of onesync or increased server slots? While I appreciate what we have, 32 slots is very limiting with the map size.**
- No. That's not something that will be feasible for us to do.
- We are waiting for CFX to release OneSync for RedM for more than 32 players (33 will hard instance the lobby if you wondered).
- **Is there anyway we can get the role horses from RDO? Or is there a plan to put them in?**
- Not available in RedM currently.
- **Who gets Priority Queue?**
- Only staff. LEO, donators, streamers or anyone else don't get any priority.
- Staff have this access to be able to handle issues in-game.
- **Can we change certain general store item prices to be more realistic?**
- Vote and talk to state representatives!
- **Do the churches have an interior and if this is a yes, is it possible to allow entry to them?**
- If they are available and we find them, we will open them up.
- Thank Hudson Chesterfield for the amazing work doing so thus far.
- **Possible to add farming job to multiple farms in addition to the plantation?**
- We don't want to add too many locations or grinding items so that people actually run into eachother.
- **Is horse bonding or gun customisation going to be a thing in the near future?**
- Horse bonding is in to some extent with rearing, feeding and others.
- Gun customization is complicated and a bit far our currently, but on the list.
- **Will gender-locked animations be unlocked at some point, like playing the cello or fiddle, and covering one's face with a bandana?**
- We cannot unlock these but we are actively finding animations to bring parity.
- **Is there a way to tone down local's aggro?**
- Not currently.
- Make sure you are set to "Friendly" with `/pvp`.
- There is a poll on the forums that seems to be bringing people back to starting friendly.
- **There are more and Native tribes claiming hunting areas as their own these days, to the point where it makes hunting in the good spots difficult. What can we do about this?**
- Actually report this to the LEO so they can stop it from happening.
- This is an In-Character issue and some pretty solid Roleplay with the Native population.
- **Is the medical board something that will become officially required at some point in game, management side, or both?**
- This is something we like handled in character currently.
- You may trust non-licensed doctors less, but that doesn't mean they can't practice.
- **If a player is sent to prison to serve out their sentence, what determines the length and why? My general concern is that a length longer than 1 hour will deter people from playing as an antagonist at all since no one (Especially streamers) would want to sit and wait that long. I understand that a character can escape per say, but that's not a good way to go about things since if they are recaught they serve a longer length.**
- Sentencing is very flexible and intended to be fun-first, but there needs to be weight to it.
- Prision jobs have been thought up, but are on backburning with the current development projects.
- **Will we be able to Rope and sell horses or carts, even bulls or sheep?**
- Put a suggestion on the forums.
- **I was wondering if you can discuss roleplay vs itemplay for folks?**
- There are roleplay items that give buffs (equal to what bread was before the no-golden-cores changes).
- There is a poll to remove the buffs for these.
- We have creative ideas for what to do with these to make them fun roleplay items.
- If you are abusing items to soak up damage in a gunfight, that's FailRP.
- **Will there be poppies added to the game so that we can harvest Opium? Or something similar?**
- Put in a suggestion for this!
- **Are land deeds (owning structures) in the works for the server? If so, is there a timeframe on this feature? Thanks!**
- It's hard to balance with the split of many servers, so it's still being explored with leasing or something along those lines.
- **What about ERP?**
- Take it to Discord DMs and off the server.
- **Do you have any details regarding the procedure that were going to follow for Bounty Hunting that the staff would like to share.**
- LEO will certify with classes/tests.
- **I'm interested in becoming a rancher. How is this currently working within WWRP? Do you only own a ranch on one server/district?**
- There's a suggestion in for this currently.
- See the Q/A for land deeds.
- Feel free to RP being a rancher!
- **Does one need a business license to do a job regardless of what said job is? Or is it purely for using advertisements? **
- Business Licenses just legitimize a business.
- **Do you have any plans on replacing all four servers with one big megaserver? / Is there an estimate on when servers will be able to hold more slots?**
- Go bug CFX.
- **Any plans for some sort of static voice level indicator?**
- Yes, but no dates.
- **Can LEO's be corrupted, and if yes, what are consequences if they get caught IC?**
- That's the end of their career and they will be tried.
- We are exploring Forced Permas for these characters and we would request a perma.
- This applies to all Government Officials.
- **I have sometimes noticed that I will be pushed back to the queue while waiting. Is there anything that allows for people to take priority int he queue such as donator perks?**
- There are two types of priority:
- Staff priority.
- Temp Priority (for players that relogged or crashed within the last 5 minutes).
- Temp priority beats all staff priority except Managers (of which we have four).
- Donators, streamers and regular players all don't get any priority and are on an even playing field.
- **Will the application form be available to fill out prior to the whitelist open submission date in June?**
- No.
- You will need a Unique Character with a Background that is at least 3 paragraphs long.
- Your forum name should match your Character's name.
- **Any eta for different styles of walks?**
- Nope. Charlie is hard at work and we'll let you know when it happens!
- **What about Fake ERP like the brothels?**
- That's fine as long as the acts aren't roleplayed out in the server.
- **Is it possible that animal de-spawn rates could be changed in the future?**
- Living animals don't despawn for a very long time.
- Dead animals get cleaned up if you leave them in both RDR2 and RDO very quickly, and as of current it's unlikely this can be changed.
- Keep track of those kills!
- **Has there been any though into bringing some form of "infamy" in?**
- That's mostly RP based.
- Banishment and Parole are ways we handle repeated offenses.
- **Can we get trains brought in?**
- We have trains, but sometimes RedM likes to be RedM and not spawn them.
- Admins can manually spawn and drive a train when they are online.
