Chapter 1 Simple Introduction

  • This HMI(Human Machine Interface) software HiUD is used to make an additional functional control and drive system analysis of ultrasonic driver UD2H. HIUD can turn on or off the ultrasonic funciton UD2H, adjust the output power, tool characteristics diagnostic and custom frequency output, and adjust the use of parameters such as ultrasonic drives. A alert will be recorded on the way of the operation process and the monitoring the drive.

Chapter 2 System Requirement

  • The following is divided into three chapters to explain the relevant environment settings that use this software need.

  • External control box
    • Ultrasonic Driver UD2H Support Control Box Remote Control Mode, the operation method is the same as the front side of the body; use the signal line to connect the external control side D-type connector.

3.2.3 Setting up

  • Installing the ultrasonic driver UD2H by following steps:
    1. Connect the power cord.
    2. Connect the power line.
    3. The power line is connected to the power transmitter (in the figure, the power transmitter is only a schematic diagram, please install the tool holder to the corresponding transmitter).
    4. Connect the network line.
    5. The other end of the network is connected to the computer.

3.3 Computer connection method

  • This side is described here, as shown in the steps below:
    1. Prepare USB to ethernet card.
    2. The computer is plugged in USB to the ethernet card.
    3. Use the network cable to the UD2H ultrasonic driver.

Chapter 4 Software Description

4.1 Software introduction

  • This HMI(Human Machine Interface) software HiUD is used to make an additional functional control and drive system analysis of ultrasonic driver UD2H. HIUD can turn on or off the ultrasonic funciton UD2H, adjust the output power, tool characteristics diagnostic and custom frequency output, and adjust the use of parameters such as ultrasonic drives. A alert will be recorded on the way of the operation process and the monitoring the drive.

4.3 Software installation

  • Use software installer to complete installation according to the guide; after the installation is complete, click on the desktop shortcut to execute.
  • If it is unable to start after loading, it should be a lack of dotNetFramework kits, it can be downloaded by Microsoft's official website.

4.3.1 Main screen

  • Software main screen description:
    • The top left is the company logo.
    • The top right is the parameter setting option.
    • The bottom is the system status and operation tips.
    • Middle is displayed for operation and parameters.

4.4 Software Use

  1. Follow the previous network connection guide to prepare the hardware device.
  2. Go to the Windows desktop click HiUD shortcut to start the HIUD.
  3. HiUD will first detect the ethernet card settings. If the it is not detected, the ethernet card will ask the user.
  4. You can see that the system status column is ready, and then you can start using HIUD.

4.5 Operation mode

4.5.1 PLC

  • Switch UD2H operation mode to PLC mode, use the machine IO point bit to control UD2H.

4.5.2 Digital

  • Switch UD2H operation mode to ethernet mode, use your computer to control UD2H.

4.5.3 Operation history

  • In order to processing customer's problem, HiUD will record all operations and driving information return in the computer.

4.6 Function

4.6.1 Settings

  • Setting page can set display language and UD2H driving parameters.
    • Default
      • Hantop default optimizated UD2H driver parameters setting.
    • User
      • Provide 5 groups of UD2H drive parameters setting to users.

4.6.2 PLC

  • Status
    • Show the current UD2H parameters and time accumulation charts.
  • IO
    • Display a point information that is transferred by UD2H return information.

4.6.3 Ethernet

  • Status
    • Turn on or off the ultrasonic funciton, adjust the output power, display the current UD2H parameters and time cumulative charts, parameter data can be displayed or hidden using the selected box on the right.
  • Diagnosis
    • Set the upper, lower limits and resolution of the frequency sweeping to analyze tool characteristic.
    • Output sweeping charts.
    • Sweep information output.
  • Customize
    • Turn on or off the ultrasonic funciton, adjust the output frequency, adjust the output power function; display the current UD2H parameter and time accumulation chart.

4.7 Software Uninstall

  • Go to the installation directory to select unistaller.
  • Or enter the windows unistaller removal program.

Chapter 5 Network connection setting

5.1 Direct connection

  • Insert the USB to ethernet card to laptop.

  • Set the USB ethernet card IP to 192.168.0.201, as shown in the following table.

  • Local network connection setting method is the same as 5.1.
  • In addition, you need to install anydesk software on the supported computer.
