1 – How does the GPS Location tech work – is it like Apple Tag?
Can work a few ways.
1. Location by just placing a pin on the map manually (by the user)
2. When a tag is scanned we can grab the gps location from the device doing the scanning.

Yes. We can build forecast reports specific to how you’d like to see it.

- Please confirm EXTAG deployment model
The EXTAG deployment model is based upon modules and sites.
A module is the application of EXTAG to solve a problem and it contains a set of assets, forms, and reports. For example Scaffolding would be a module as it contains scaffold assets, forms associates with inspections etc, and reports for scaffolds.
This configuration can then be used on multiple sites, and depending on how many sites will influence the license cost.
A different module is required when EXTAG is setup to manage a different set of things. eg. lifting and rigging. The forms are unique to lifting and rigging as are the reports etc so this is a separate module.
- Is there any limitations on number of users – license users – access restrictions
No. Once a module/site is setup there are unlimited users and assets.
Access is determined by you as our customer and you can allow your clients access to the system to see certain things. For example, you could have a specific report setup for your customers to see only, and different reports for internal use.
- While Extag offer data analysis & inbuild dashboards – is there a data transfer &/or upload where customer can access information
We can export data no problem and import is done on a case by case basis. We often quote for integrations as they are unique for every customer. As mentioned above, we can create custom reports where your customer(s) can log in and view data.
- Is there a shorter duration commitment EXTAG would consider than 12 months?
12 months commitment is our standard minimum package. However, we would like to understand what you would like to pilot to provide a once off package.
