$NSFW is a unique and innovative utility Crypto token. It is a central piece of the community-run NSFW Ecosystem designed to disrupt the adult industry.

The first application to use the $NSFW token is NSFW.app, which targets the paid adult content industry by democratising the delivery of adult content. It envisions zero-fee copyright protection for creators, near instant payment settlement, along with safety and anonymity for users.

NSFW.app is able to provide legal freedom of content expression away from corporate and federal oversight through it's use of Web3 blockchain technology.

The revenue success of NSFW.app is allocated directly to the DAO project treasury, DAO grants, adult charities and $NSFW token holders via Staking & Locking.

Future plans for the $NSFW token include holder rewards on NSFW.app and DAO community governance and reputation rewards.

## NSFW, NSFW Ecosystem & Team

NSFW is a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (“DAO”) using Web3 technology that enhances the relationship between verified content producers and their fans.

The community-run NSFW Ecosystem intends to be the market leader in payments and distribution for content producers operating in the Fantasy Fanzine, Adult and Sex Tech (FFAST) categories.

Our core team consists of a wide range of multi-disciplinary people, specialising in an array of industries including Adult Entertainment, Fintech, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and everything in between.

The full-time core team are supported by an active community including a dedicated delegates group responsible for discussion & definition of project funding and strategy proposals for formal DAO community voting and approval.

The delegate group consists of community members representing all areas of the project from NSFW.app creators, marketing & operations, Crypto experts, legal, treasury, $NSFW token holders to community moderators.

Weekly DAO Townhalls are conducted, and recorded, to ensure frequent transparent project updates and to solicit community feedback covering all project areas.

## Staking “xNSFW” & Locking “veNSFW”

Staking is a way of receiving a proportion of protocol revenue within the NSFW ecosystem. As a staker, you are free to enter and exit the share of the reward pool but for that privilege the yield will be proportionally lower than that of lockers.

Staked tokens will be transferable and will unlock access to DeFi products that will allow leverage on their positions.

Similar to staking, Locking is a way of receiving a proportion of protocol revenue within the NSFW ecosystem. The difference being holders who lock will not be able to exit their staked position on demand. Given the greater risk the yield will be proportionally greater to that of stakers and exponentially greater based on the duration of the locking period.

Lockers are also bestowed a non-transferable token that can boost their voting weights and have the opportunity to “consume” their boosted voting power to participate in NFT purchases that are only accessible to veNSFW holders that confer application rewards and discounts.

This design further signals long term protocol and ecosystem alignment.
