Sample Applicant Proposal

The following is a response to the ENS DAO's RFP for an ENS merchandise store and operator. Any format will be accepted. This example is provided for illustrative purposes only.

Overview of Service Proposal

For the creation of the ENS merchandise store, we propose the following:

An e-commerce storefront hosted on "XYZ," structured with "ABC." See wireframe mockups included in the appendix.

Day to day operation would be handled in the following way:

All orders would be drop-shipped from a warehouse at the time of order.
Custom orders would be submitted directly through the "XYZ" plug-in and handled by "ABC."
We will offer unisex t-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, and zip-up hoodies in a standard range of sizes.
We will offer four different swag items:
- Coffee Mugs
- Tote Bags
- Stickers
- Etc.

Timeline or Roadmap

Timeline for creation of The Store

We could complete the creation of The Store in 30 days.
Day-to-day management will commence when instructed by the ENS DAO Community Working Group.
Store inventory will be updated regularly, with any newly approved or requested products added within one month of approval. If deemed necessary by the Community Working Group, some updates could be implemented within a few days of approval.

Minimum Requirements

Customer payment method and process - Our Store will integrate Coinbase Commerce plug-in that allows users to pay in Crypto.
Customization capabilities - We will be using a Shopify integration that allows customers to upload a custom image that contains their ENS Name.
Fulfillment service and shipping process - To provide worldwide shipping are using Printful to manufacture and ship merchandise.
