# CHCAA Communication and Web Administration #
Center for Humanities Computing Aarhus (CHCAA), School of Culture and Society, Aarhus University, invites applications for a full-time position as Communication and Web Administrator in the category 'technical-administrative staff' (AC-TAP) for the period 01 September 2022 – 31 Dec 2024. ## Center for Humanities Computing Aarhus ##
Center for Humanities Computing Aarhus (CHCAA) is a computational research laboratory and infrastructure located at the Faculty of Arts. We provide a range of research IT services for employees at the Faculty of Arts, including cloud and high performance computing, data management, educational IT infrastructure, and research project development and management.
## Job description ##
Your mission will be to create awareness of and promote our infrastructure services, specifically DIGHUMLAB and InteractiveHPC to the Danish research community. The job entails communication tasks such as branding, content creation, web-/graphic design (ex. layout and visualizations for research papers, presentations, and research applications), and collaboration with internal and external contributers and partners. The job will also require you to manage general administrative tasks for CHCAA (ex. finances, events), maintenance of general workflows (management of funding and conference cycles), and contribute to project and conference management.
## Qualifications ##
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum requirement: a bachelor degree in communications or related fields and relevant work experience.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English.
- Extensive experience with web management and design (experience with Typo3, Markdown and Wordpress required).
- Extensive experience with graphic design (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator superuser).
- Experience with research and science communication.
- Experience with management of social media platforms (Twitter and LinkedIn).
- Marketing background knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with Digital Humanities, Humanities Computing, and High Performance Computing is an advantage.
