- Yalor is out so Scott, Austin, Simona and Anett are taking over the call
- Scott - metagovernance side - calendar for events
- Non formal events - casual discussions once a month just to build friendships
- Akita has been pushed forward, we have some walletconnect problem as so many people are using the bridge but soon will be resolved and funds will go towards public goods
- Gitcoin Governance by Simona to have more structure towards governance. Great feedback on the proposal on forum https://gov.gitcoin.co/t/gitcoin-dao-governance-process-v1/7860 to have some structure and rules around proposal and running the governance

Antisybil workstream
- we have a lot of things that requires decentraised pressure
- we wanna make sure that ML mechanism is learning what the core community principles are and what is sybil and whats not. We are trying to get the closest to be the best steward and learn what we are doing
- between stewards and token engineering people that has shown a lot of pro action items
- there will be open call for people to join and contribute
- opening inovation in order to process
- reach out to Joe if anyone’s interested to help out, contribute

Public goods funding
- alocate funding for people to help out decide how the grants will be allocated, moderation allocation for the noise happening, how the structure of grants rounds - polls, whats the size of those polls will look like,
- not all the budget will be used, if it wont it will be used for another months

Public goods prototyping
- 200+ sign ups
- 74 people showed up on the first intro call
- We are hitting the ground running, people are working on gnosis safe starter kit, Issac is working on moloch thing

- Shreyas - treasury vision doc in progress, process of what make sense for Gitcoin, coming soon investor doc - IPS. Hopefully next month will start DAO treasury tracking to see what's happening with the DAO treasury
- AC - outlining the vision for treasury, more value add than just philosophy, IPS is guiding the financial visions.
- Added features like swappping tokens between treasuries and other features

Decentralised Gitcoin WS
- made progress on proposals that they made
- Moving from 100% of UI to implementation
- First community contribution to the code
- budget proposal is in final - review stage

Discussion topics
- Lior and Dom on understanding the financial position of gitcoin
- community owned stablecoin for the gitcoin community
- having a community ownned stablecoin is the only way how the community unloccks the value of the community
- token extracting value
- every community should have its coin that they can govern
- to have incentive to receive payments
- long tail benefit for the community and project itself and help the treasury management
- as DAO to have better financial management earn capital
- governance voting and strong connection between GTC and the token
- if the proces of GTC decreses the value can be redeemed in stable coin and management ratio
- trying to solve social acceptance complications
- community has some concerns as it is not needed andd adds just complications as it may be just not needed as there are already pretty lot of stablecoins
- if we will see other DAOs using its own stablecoin we may implement it if it will be sucessful
- the way to do it as it can work hands in hands with the gitcoin governance
- we are not lawers but it can be 1:1 to LP

RenaissanceDAO proposal
- allow stories of grantes put up
- setup formal process for projects to tell their stories how they started
- create written and audiovisual content from projects that graduated from gitcoin
- now looking for feedback on the proposal
- provide a channel for content creators and treasury is paying for the work done
- so marketing dont need to put up extra effort into this
- the outcome is to tell the success story on how to for example raise, developer stories, grants recipients
- define what the category of people that we want to see - kernel graduates ? grantees.. matrix for success
