## Result
- The most interesting and helpful things for design comes when there is a comfortable relation between the researcher and participants.
- Challenges conduct remote user research in the time of COVID.
- Remote research faces some challenges with building trust and rapport with someone, so they are willing to share information with the interviewer.
- It's difficult to pick up how people react non-verbally for instance which made this project difficult.
- If there is nothing challenging or interesting coming from the research then it would almost be better to do secondary research.

1. BTC Core Wallet is often quickly abandoned by new GUI users
1. The primary function of a wallet for most ardent bitcoiners, is saving and safeguarding value
1. For those transacting in Bitcoin, Core doesn’t fulfill accounting, mobility, convertibility or privacy needs
1. Simplified transactions/UTXO management can ease accounting challenges and enable quiet privacy preservation
1. Developers are the primary active users of BTC Core Wallet, and not for the GUI
1. People largely run nodes for non-tx based reasons: for goodwill and to learn/experiment (and on separate hardware)
