# **RETRO FUNDING NOUNWORKS 2023**

Since Noun 1 was minted Klim has been and active member of the community, building props, onboarding other creatives and brands to nouns and assisting other projects, builders and nouners with their proposals and activations.

Since his wheelouse is physical goods and IRL activations Klim rolled up his sleeves and got busy
When oyu see photos and videos of people all over the world discovering and enjoying NOUNS through amazing product and vibes think about how these glasses got to these people and in most cases the answer is Klim sent them, often at his iown expense. While it has been a treat to share this project with so many passioane builders all over the world I have spent a considerable amount of my own money and hundreds of hours to do this.

KLim was instrumental in the form development, sculpture and prototypoing of the Charming character as well as adding multiple nouns porducts to the sold out launch at LOFT in Ginza.
Klim also has a few new designs for new heads, contact withthe factory and can take over this asset to produce small boutique drops of these for verioua upcoming events and make some available to the community

-assists with varioous creative tasks and support for proposals like:
Danits 3D clothing presenttions IRl (made AR noggles for the metavetse fasion shop and made AR filters available free to use)Deliverd pins, stickers Lo-fi Noggles and Fun Glasses to the NFT NYC activation for display an d handouts.

**-AO tennis ball activation**

Klim Created a collection of Tennis ball characters that were minted as NFTs during the event and SKins for the Decentralland activations for the AO ball evernt, these were some of the most popular skins during the event )

**NOGGLES TILES**

With Sentimnet for IRL being a bit cool due to funding things like NOUNS OTG, COMICS DAO Mad Happy, and various activations with big asks. Klim did not get the support to get any funding to do things Stateside which he felt were important NFTYC, LIcensing Show. Designer Con. SDCC But being stubborn and full of hope he went ahead and did these things as best he couuld out of pocket.

Lets build on the foundation and connections crated over the past 3 years of community engagement and brand building and fund KLim/Nounworks to do more things for a year.
We call this "FUCK AROUND FIND OUT" the NOUNWORKS edition

Lets fund a small worhgroup to generate or workshop ideas. and then prototype them as proof of concepts
some will be Klims ideas others can be community or third party comcepts that we can explore. Including building out Brand colab opportunities that can be brought to potential partners liek Crocs, Michelin, etc

explore and develop new nouns products not for production but for showcase. (prototypes of clocks. marionettes. plush housewares paper goods and other things
SHow off these things are DCON and Conferences around the world along with other nounish products
Set up a big booth at the licensing expo 2025 and show off the products and evangalising brands and brand reps to take th enoubns CC0 art and make them their own

Instead of going through the painful process odf listing every penny spent I think that the best thing to do is to show off what We did and ask for a round number retro fund the past 3 years, a noun and maybe a lil bonus? or outline the next year of funding?
