# MuryokuP - A Tree Without A Branch
## Vigorous Pine (/40)
- Structure (8/10): Streams felt like they acceled started/stopped too much, Familiarity in structure between similar sounding sections was good, and structure of these sections felt good
- Creativity: (9/10): Good variation in slider shapes, decent concept behind the streams
- Relevance: (8.5/10): Distinct sections and familiarity seemed good. Sometimes switched too much between guitar/drum during solo. Thought differences in intesity between sections was good. Some other instances of questionable rhythm choice.
- Judge impression (4/5): outside of the streams, I enjoyed it.
- Hitsounding: (5/5): seemed good overall, but im looking to compare with others to get a sense for how to rate it.
## Sturdy Birch (/40)
- Structure (6.5/10): Overall flow of the map feels off as spacings between sliders during slider spam sections are very different at times and doesnt feel like its to support some form of structure the mapper is going for.
- Creativity: (6/10): Overall creativity seemed below average as some of the ideas, sliderspam and constant slider velocity changes didnt fit well, but spots with odd shaped sliders occasionally fit well.
- Relevance: (3/10): Variation in slider speed and rhythm during similar sounding sections was overdone. Constant sliderspam between measures also masked differences in the songs rhythm between measures. Compared to other calmer sections of the song the choruses were much simpler in rhythm and in difficulty, which didn't fit well.
- Judge impression (2/5): honestly, there wasnt much of this at all that i somewhat enjoyed.
- Hitsounding: (2.5/5): The hitsounds didnt feel like they fit the song too well. Also the hitsounds felt like they often didnt go with the music, and also didnt sounds good as a additive rhythm, making them not that good.
## Ancient Elm (/40)
- Structure (8.5/10): had some cut streams and accelling stream, but were much more playable than VP's streams. Map's relative structure felt good for the most part, but still had some parts that were awkward.
- Creativity: (7/10): Didn't really feel much here, but there were occasional unique slider shapes during certain sections and slider velocity changes that fit well.
- Relevance: (8/10): Rhythm was decent for the most part, however there seemed to be a switch from guitar to drum mid stream during the solo that was confusing. Decided to have a break at 01:46:091 - by not mapping the following calm section unlike previous difs, but this also fit the map well.
- Judge impression (4/5): Nice and playable for the sr, but a bit too generic imo.
- Hitsounding: (4/5): Hitsounds felt like they went with the song pretty well for the most part, was one stream though around 01:43:914 - that felt odd given the hitsounds.
## Twisted Fir (/40)
- Structure (5.5/10): relative structure felt ok throughout, didnt really think anything was really off, but there were occasions of awkward movements with the structure being made. Stream shapes were good enough, outside of some crazy moments of split streams that were questionable in their usage. 00:20:526 (8,9,10,11,12,1) - Also felt like something with playfield usage was going on but didnt work out too well.
- Creativity: (5/10): It felt like odd slidershapes were added to try to make this more unique and creative, but ended up being the majority of the slidershapes, and also not that varying within section(oftentimes copy, paste, maybe scale), which took away from it being creative. (00:10:768 (2) - )
- Relevance: (6/10): Some sections contained questionable rhythm, whether it be with streams and 1/4 sliders, or sliderends being on stronger beats, but wasnt too bad overall.
- Judge impression (2/5): Got very bored of certain sections quite quickly because of repeated "creative" slider shapes.
- Hitsounding: (2/5): Hitsounds seemed really luckluster. Overall was repetetive and not much emphasis on anything, even the streams.

## Wise Yew (/40)
- Structure (9/10): Map seemed to be focused around relative structure, and to me did a good job at doing so. Stream shapes used throughout had a mix of accelerating and non accelerating streams, with some cut streams mixed in that were reasonable to play and flowed well. Similar sounding parts of the song also contained some familiarity.
- Creativity: (7/10): 00:33:833 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - pattern was used too similarly too often, which made this section seem really bland/boring after a couple measures. But the pattern itself seemed to be a good way to blend the song's title into a portion of the map while still keeping good structure and rhythm. Some "rough" slider shapes were used toward the end and seemed to be for matching the instrument in the background, but sometimes felt a bit out of place.
- Relevance: (8/10): Rhythm was questionable at points, such as 00:24:801 (3,4,5) - . 00:54:478 - felt odd not having active rhythm on downbeat beginning the chorus. But for a good amount of the song the rhythm seemed acceptable, just a bit generic. Went about the calmer section of the song before the solo by having a break during the first half of it, and then mapping the new instrument that is introduced for the second half of this section, which worked well. Drum/guitar sections seemed more distinct during the solo in this dif. Intensity throughout matched the song well
- Judge impression (4/5): The movements throughout the map were very comfortable and flowed well, but there was some sections where patterns were repeated too similarly. Overall, felt more generic and a bit repetitive at parts but wasn't too bad.
- Hitsounding: (3/5): Seemed decent with having variation when called for and making at least a decent additive rhythm, but the hitsounds didnt fit in with the song very well.
## Lush Maple (/40)
- Structure (4.5/10): Flow throughout felt quite awkward, slider shapes werent that bad given the speed some of them were at. Seems like a similar stream concept to VP's was attempted but less polished and more awkward/difficult to play. Some relative note structure felt good, but oftentimes it felt slightly off, where the structure was nice but one or more parts of it needed to be adjusted to fix flow issues.
- Creativity: (6.5/10): There was a use of 1/4 sliders during certain sections that felt nice when used correctly, but it felt like it didnt quite match up with the song as well as it couldve, still a nice idea tho. Stream idea similar to VP's but done worse. Good variation in slider shapes for louder vocals/instruments.
- Relevance: (5.5/10): Faster sliders for louder vocals/instruments matched the song well, but spacings between notes often felt quite varying and somewhat at random without pertaining to an overall stucture in the map. Back to slider velocities, some felt good with the intensity of the vocals/instruments, but occasionally the changes in these speed felt off, like decreasing a lot after a really fast slider even when the song didnt drop too much in intensity. Rhythm used in certain portions felt good at times, but then seemed to be a bit misused.
- Judge impression (2.5/5): Overall it felt unpolished, not looked into too much since the flow was quite awkward at some parts and streams seemed relatively unplayable.
- Hitsounding: (0/5): does the rating range from 1-5 or 0-5?
