OSIP Birthday Update > [name= Denise Dörfel, Kathrin Fucke, René Dutschke] 4. OSIP in the GRN 5. OSIP Meetings in Summer Semester 23 6. Miscellaneous ::: ## News > [name= Gundula Thiele, Michael Höfler, Anne Gärtner, Josephine Zerna] Everyone can give updates on topics that they are interested in (current experiences with OS in their own research, interesting projects, etc.) * Gundula Thiele and René Dutschke are looking for participants for a study on Open Science. You can sign up for the study via a Google Form (t1p.de/TriadTermine) or arrange a session individually via email (ostriad@tu-dresden.de). Please note that this study is in German. <details>
Click here for all information about the study

</details> - Michael Höfler is working on a paper "How large must an associational mean difference be to confirm a causal hypothesis?" He will present his findings in one of the next meetings. - Josephine Zerna reports problems with infrastructure for registered reports. - Anne Gärtner informs about www.coara.eu: Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment. There is a short discussion whether we should push this to the university executive board. We will discuss this further at the next OSIP meeting. --- ## D2C2 Meeting Report > [name= Anne Gärtner, Alexander Strobel] Anne Gärtner und Alexander Strobel report on the last meeting of the [D2C2 project](https://stiftung-hochschullehre.de/projekt/d2c2/). For more information please refer to the website or Anne and Alexander. --- ## OSIP Birthday Update > [name= Denise Dörfel, Kathrin Fucke, René Dutschke] The OSIP birthday will consist of an official and an informal part. Gundula will accompany the informal part musically with her band. --- ## OSIP in the GRN OSIP is now a member of the German Reproducibility Network and they ask every initiative to send in a 2-4 min long introduction video ([examples](https://reproducibilitynetwork.de/members)). What ideas do we have for our video and who would like to participate in the making? Joesphine Zerna will be responsible for the organization. [This clip from The Office](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Kvw2BPKjz0) forms the basis of the concept. --- ## OSIP Meetings in Summer Semester 23 OSIP meetings are scheduled for May 3, June 28 and July 19.
