Yes, this is totally possible on the ethereum virtual machine where the contracts are published forever. With these ethical clashes about whether it is correct or not for an account to have access to this service even though this account is from a hacker. ### Solution I propose the creation of an NFT that prevents a hacker's account or grants access to users while preserving the privacy of each user who holds the passport. ### How is working Contractors audited, verified and recognized by the community will have the power to minter in the Passport Protocol, an example: I am the owner of the Gitcoin Grants contract and I want to mint the passport for my user community, I just need to log in to dapp and make the mint from the passport and it will be available on OpenSea or any NFT market. The passport's NFT cannot be changed, but it can be blocked, access agreements can be defined by the DAPP builders. As our example, those who hold the gitcoin passport have access to use uniswap, tornado.cash and other protocols.
