## Narrative
Persona 1:
Stacy's social chair drops the ball and notifies the sorority of a formal 3 days before the date. Stacy goes to school at Dartmouth in rural Hanover, NH. She is out of concealer and CVS simply will not cut it. She is looking for a high quality makeup option online option with fast delivery. Stacy is anxious because she has never bought makeup without trying it on.
Persona 2:
Mike remembers he and his girlfriend's anniversary a week before it happens. He's hoping to get her makeup as a gift, but is nervous about buying something she might not like or might look horrible on her. He looks up her instagram to confirm her eye color, because he can never recall if they're blue or green. And he cannot really tell the difference between light beige and peach tone. He wants a solution that just gives him the perfect makeup for her without asking too much of him.
Persona 3:
Maria realized that she is running out of concealer, but doesn't have to time to go to the department store and buy makeup herself. That's a problem, because makeup tends not to accomodate for her skin tone. She gets frustated easily, so if the interface is not fast and accomodates her needs, she will log off. She is not old, but she also isn't comfortable with complex website interfaces.
