# UX/UI improves list (wip)

## Computations list
- Compuation uuid isn't necessary => remove?
- "Refresh page" button is too important
=> Replace with a refresh icon (double arrow)
- When page is refreshing, add a message on the screen (see gmail refresh behavior)

## Create Computation
### Step 1
- Form item "Participant": order is important, should be provide according the code base.
=> Add a tooltip ?
- Participant: "Player 0" (computation owner) should be selected by default and non deletable
- Repository: tooltip is not clear "Only support http or https" because placeholder doesn't have http(s)
=> Add "https://" in placeholder
=> Replace with "Only supports http(s)"
- Commit number: add a Tooltip (i)
=> "Version number of your codebase on repository"
- Commit number: should be after codeb preview?
- Code preview: improve label => Find something
- "Code executé lors de la computation"
- Repo/Commit/CodePreview: Find better naming and maybe change fields order
### Step 2
- Not clear enough that user is setting the first dataset
=> improve design
- Participant "Local" is not obvious (for user local = my machine). => Find something
- Simulation url. Label is not obvious. => Find something
- Provide simulation data (i) Link to JSON file
- Provide fixture data to simulate computation (i) Link to JSON file
- Simulation url: add "Can be provide later"?
- User often click on "Create computation" btn instead of "Add data set"
=> improve buttons places
- Delete "Cancel" button

💡 **Have many datasets from same player**
💡 **When duplicate computation, do not give the same computation name**
eg. *Computation (copy 1)*

### Computation review (steps 3 to 5)
#### - Computation information
- Created by: should display player number, company name (or subsidiary) and user name
- ⚠️ "Type: Internal"
=> "Local"?
- Preview url is too long => use [link](#)
- Code repo: made it clickable?
#### - Datasets list
- Datasets list: vertical display is not easy to read.
=> Use tabs? or horizontal box with a scroll?
- Datasource: find another name?
- "Data"?
- "Datafile"?
- Fixture data url is too long => use [link](#)
#### - Buttons
- A "Update/Modify computation" is missing
- "Submit draft": improve naming?
=> Submit internally?
- "Approve": improve naming?
=> Approve and submit to other participants? (this one is too long 😅)

💡 **When all participants had approved computation, status "Ready to run" should be dispatched to computation creator (or participants with rigth to run)**

## Computation results
- ⚠️ Animation doesn't work
- Div with cloud animation and title should have a border as the other (=> In progress)
- Cloud animation should be on the left
- Text after cloud shouldn't be uppercase
- Logs are only display to computation owner (not leader) => Display to other participants?
- Events + results: scroll bar are visibles on several browser (=> set overflow to auto?)
- Results table: delete header and add verticlal lines to separate columns

### Update computation (datasets)
- "Delete" button is missing on created datasets
- Participant list is disabled. User should be able to change this option

## Datasource
- Split datasource list: local / external
- Work on local/internal/external naming
#### - Create
- uuid isn't necessary
- Source url create a pretab with `file://root/` , `https://`, `http://` ...
- "CSV column name" add (i) "Give exact schema of your CSV file"
- Check if the URL is a Github link. If it is, propose to switch to the raw data instead (for example, from [this URL](https://github.com/Cosmian/mpc_millionaires/main/fixtures/success_test/inputs/player_0.json) to [this one](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Cosmian/mpc_millionaires/main/fixtures/success_test/inputs/player_0.json))

💡 Add secure information on "Source url" field (local only, not exposed...)

## Admin
- Revamp admin page

## Participants
- Each participant should have an alias. Display this alias in all application in addition to server name
eg.
- Filliale Ile-de-France - Player 0
- Filliale Europe - Player 1
- ...

## Dashboard
- "Get started" panel state (collapsed/open) should be stored in local storage

## Message
- Error messages: improve design (box on the rigth?) and increase duration
