    # Groupwork criteria ideas # Tuesday 1-3pm Group Uno I: Flexibility (be realistic, especially when making meets/allocating work) II: Constructive Feedback (2 goods, 1 criticism approach!) III: ACTIVE Listening/Respect, patience - don't shoot down ideas immediately; entertain/echo them, then respond constructively + respectively # Thursday 10am - 12pm Group 3 1. All team members should effectively communicate with each other (no ghosting, communicate issues or disagreements with ideas/methods etc) 2. Try to be punctual with tasks set by the team and attend meetings/group calls 3. Honesty about where we are at and if we have not met deadlines? My teammate was engaged and proactive, ensuring that adequate effort was given to communication, listening, and facilitating group work. - listened to each other and each other's ideas - helped/supported each other when possible 2. My teammate was able to receive feedback effectively and remain professional and amicable. 3. My teammate ...engages with the work to the same standard as the rest of the group - The overall group sets a clear understanding of the quality of work we want to produce. - We hold all teammates to commit to that quality of work in our project. - There is a clear agreement to put in extra work if needed to reach that standard. 5. My teammate ... is receptive to my ideas and needs - Open to changing ideas and/or listening to me - Able to actively communicate and to be patient, opposed to shutting down a person's idea - Able to resolve conflict in a mature and responsible manner. # Tuesday 4pm, Group 3 1. My teammate communicated well - about any scheduling issues, opinions, etc. - replied to messages 2. My teammate acted as an equal and made sure to put in effort - was positive, thanked others, respectful 3. My teammate pulled their weight - i.e. attended Q&A, actively contributed during group meetings - weekly stand-up, helped to google/troubleshoot and supported others in their learning 2. My teammate interacted with the group in a way that created an inclusive environment for us to learn from each other 3. My teammate communicates within 24 hours on the group chat and is open and honest about critiques, with accepting of constructive criticism 4. Final: My teammate communicated with the group clearly, openly, and in a timely manner, i.e. they replied to messages within a reasonable timeframe, they gave kind and helpful feedback, if they were facing challenges or had other commitments they communicated this to the group. ## Agreed standards My teammate … stuck to deadlines completed tasks in a timely fashion completed work to an acceptable standard (ie. gave it a proper go) implement feedback here? (responsive to and implemented feedback given to them) Final: My teammate completed tasks by the agreed deadlines and to an acceptable standard (i.e. they gave it a proper go), and was responsive to and implemented feedback given to them. ## Flexibility My teammate shows availability / flexibility Being able to accomodate Can adapt to the needs of the group Adaptable/consider others' ideas Final: My teammate made an effort to be available and adaptable to accommodate the needs of the group, and was open to (and encouraging of) the ideas of other group members.
