  • 隨著全球氣候變遷與暖化，淨零排放已是國際共識，臺南市政府長久以來作為政策領頭羊推動環保政策，早在101年就制定臺南市低碳城市自治條例，是全國第一個推動反怠速的城市，同時也是全國第一個將低碳導入法制，因應氣候變遷將低碳氣候調適策略導入都市規劃及設計審議等各項環節。
  • 國發會甫於今年3月底發布臺灣2050淨零路徑，本場次將展現作為台灣首府，也是臺灣第一個把氣候治理入法的古都城市－臺南，如何邁向「2050淨零轉型 永續台南」的目標。而臺南市政府跨局處與2021總統盃黑客松卓越團隊碳匯城鄉合作的「臺南市溫室氣體減量儀表板」也將在此場議程首次公開。

台南新芽，希望以公民團體的角色對台南市政開始理解、思考並介入、參與，進而達到實質監督的目的。參與政治並非只有參選一途，透過各種網路時代開放政府的思維，我們期許能降低公民關心政治的門檻，從人人都可以的公共參與開始，讓每個人都能快速理解施政實況，並且在資訊盡可能對等的情況下討論政策。

我們將舉辦志工營隊、定期講座、街頭宣傳，更重要的是開始規畫並執行市議會的監督工作，期待能揭開重重簾幕，讓議會問政實況呈現在市民面前。

讓我們一起構築藍圖，畫出對台南的願景與期待，讓台南成為一個多元友善、富有文化意涵、環境永續、勞工有尊嚴的城市。「台南新芽」在地紮根、深耕發芽，邀請您一起揮灑熱情、細心灌溉。
