## How to contribute to the project :pencil:
Please read a walkthrough of the project and how to contribute: [Walkthrough Doc on GitHub](https://github.com/sa-tre/satre-specification/blob/main/docs/Walkthrough.md) or use our [Form]() to suggest a change to the specification.
## Today's theme: Glossaries and Terms
Today we’ll be looking at a draft glossary of terms being created across the DARE sprint projects, and ensuring it represents a shared understanding of what we mean by different terms within the TRE space.
## Breakout rooms: Topic proposals and notes
*While no sign-ups are required to attend Collaboration Cafe, if you have an idea for a topic you'd like to discuss in a breakout room, please add it below and put your name next to it. A good place to start to find discussion topics are on the [SATRE Specification GitHub Repository Issue Board](https://github.com/sa-tre/satre-specification/issues).*
* Main room: General help with getting involved with SATRE and Collab Cafe (HS on Tuesdays, AL on Thursdays)
* Breakouts:
**Today's Theme:** Glossaries and Terminologies - [Google Doc here](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SJ6CJG8yHzsvtU7MyzdNOF_S0fZVJb_i/edit)
* 1. **Core terms & Security terms**
* 2. **Technical terms**
* 3. **Information governance**
* 4. **Data and data management**
* 5. **Roles & Products/services/organisations**
### Notes
### Wrap up & feedback notes
- Where should this document live?
- Convert the word doc with a website, where everything can be cross-linked etc.
- Get general agreement from across TRE community that terms make sense
- Have it as a living document that can be versioned by e.g. GitHub
- Don't overcomplicate the ontology. Some are so interconnected that they're not really usable anymore, and too difficult to navigate. Don't go too far in that direction, still needs to be something that everyone can use/contribute to.
