# Things needed for moderation subteam.
### 1. Keybase chat
`grincoin.teams.moderation`
Open for anyone to join.
The keybase chat will be used as main discussion platform by members of the moderation-sub-team. This way we will keep things easy for ourselves. Make sure you have a back-up of your account.
#### Channels
* **#general**, for general chat.
* **#meeting**, for bi-weekly meetings (30 min)
* **#notes**, for agendas & meeting notes.
* **#issues**, for received issues.
* **#suggestions**, for received suggestions.
* **#applications**, for moderation applicants to join and apply in.
#### Mods-only subteam
`grincoin.teams.moderation.mods`
Private, only for moderators.
This team is invite-only, where sensitive matters requiring a degree of confidentiality are covered.
### 2. Team composition
Ideally 1-2 persons per major platform, preferably at least one on the admin/mod team of that platform. I assume at least 50% of people on the team will have a twitter handle so I do not count in Twitter people. The team should consist of 5-7 people, and should be an uneven number to make things easier with voting (when needed). We also might want to consider the location of a grin moderation subteam member in order to cover timezones and potential live events.
This will be guided by the number of suitable candidates we receive in applications.
### 3. Team Page (on grin.mw)
#### Team description
Short introduction of function of team. Be clear in what we can help with and what not. Link to text Lehnberg wrote on what the moderation subteam does.
#### Member descriptions
Name: Your most used name.
Picture: No need for real pictures, but is allowed.

Platforms + contact details: keybase, discord, TG, twitter, grin-forum, e-mail. (keybase & e-mail are required, others are optional as you use and shown in some sort of drop down menu)
> [@lehnberg:] Yep very good. Maybe also some infromation on how to report things. The bottom of https://www.rust-lang.org/community, "Community Standards" section comes to mind.
> [@lavalulu:] Sorry, what exactly do you mean at the bottom of that website? Or do you mean the general idea the bottom of that webiste gives?
