😎：Context Switching 是指作業系統在多工處理時，切換執行任務的過程。這需要保存當前任務的狀態，例如寄存器和程序計數器，然後載入下一個任務的狀態來繼續執行。它是多工處理的核心，但也帶來了一定的性能開銷，特別是當 Context Switching 過於頻繁時，會消耗大量的資源，影響系統的整體效能。如果是高負載的情況下，我會建議優化任務的調度，或者使用 Thread 來替代 Process，因為 Thread 的切換成本通常較低。

😊：很清楚的解釋，那在壓力大的情況下，例如處理高負載任務時，您會如何應對？

😎：我會先把壓力拆解成具體的任務，然後按優先順序逐一完成。我記得有一次，我們需要在一週內提交一份完整的碳排放報告，但數據量非常龐大，時間也很緊迫。我當時一邊制定了明確的計劃表，一邊開發了一個自動化工具來處理數據的同步和清洗工作。過程中，我也與團隊保持密切的溝通，隨時調整優先級。最終，我們不僅按時完成了報告，還獲得了主管單位的肯定。這次經驗讓我學會了如何在高壓環境中保持冷靜，並高效解決問題。
