#### SITCON reserve tickets for those who want to attend this conference but lives far away!

### 報名說明 / Description.
- 此票種將分為兩階段報名。
第一階段報名為審查報名，若審查通過將寄送邀請碼至您的報名填寫的信箱中。
第二階段報名為正式報名，若您拿到邀請碼並未使用進行第二階段報名，年會當天將無法入場。

- Applicants will need to go through a two-step registration process:
Once applied, we will review your application and send you an invitation link if you qualify; you will then need to complete the official registration through the provided link.
Please make sure to redeem your invitation code before due, as we will be releasing them for public registration afterwards.

### 我需要準備什麼？ / What do I need to prepare?
- 國內地區請提供身分證背面之照片，若為學生身分也請同時提供學生證正反面之照片
海外地區請提供該國身分證或護照之照片，若為學生身分也請提供學生證之照片

- Please provide a photo of your ID card, passport, or any document that proves your residence.
Please also include a scan of your student ID if you are currently a student.

### 我什麼時候會拿到我的票？ / When will I get my ticket?
- 我們將在 2020/01/22 前完成審查，並寄送邀請碼給您，請記得在時限內使用註冊完畢。

- We will be sending out email notifications before Jan. 22, 2020.

### 我可以轉讓邀請碼嗎？ / Can I transfer my invitation code?
- 嚴格禁止轉讓遠道而來票的專屬邀請碼！若被發現遠道而來票的轉讓行為，我們有權拒絕入場。

- Transferring your exclusive invitation code to others is strictly prohibited. We might refuse your entry upon discovery.

### 如何報名 / How to apply.

- 若您同意以上事項，請將下列資訊寄至 [e-mail]
If you accept the terms above, email the following information to [e-mail]
- 主旨：遠道而來票_{姓名} / Subject: Traveler’s Ticket_{NAME}
- 內容 / Content
- 姓名 / Name
- 學校 or 單位名稱 / School or Company name
- 含有證明文件之 PDF 檔 / Documents of proof, in PDF

- 文件說明 / On behalf of the PDF file
- 請將所有證明文件 (台灣身分證背面戶籍地址 / 外國身分證或護照，學生證) 拍照並儲存於 pdf 中。
並將 PDF 命名為信上所填之姓名，不符規定者將不予審查。

- Please save all the photos of your ID card or passport, and your student ID into a PDF file.
The file name MUST be the same as your name listed above, otherwise your application will not be accepted.
