**Introducing membership into Krause House, a community of hoops fanatics that are crazy enough to purchase and operate an NBA team as a DAO.**


A DAO owning an NBA team is a matter of **when**, not *if*. Join us make it happen.

As we've shared our vision with the world, we've been overwhelmed with the support we've received. Our community is growing quickly & we've recently joined an incredibly talented cohort of DAOs within Seed Club.

What we've realized as we've shared our vision is that this desire for fans to own their favorite teams is deep & wide across *all* sports. We've attracted fans from soccer to MMA & everything in-between, all resonating with applying the Krause House model to their favorite sport.

We're expanding our vision & issuing a rallying cry for all fans interested in owning their favorite teams. Our goal remains to start with the NBA — but as we accrue insights, connections, & wisdom we'll begin to spin out coordinated efforts at each sport.

## What is Krause House Stadium?

Krause House Stadium is a NFT project that gives you ownership & governance at Krause House DAO. Each NFT is a "seat" within our "stadium" at Krause House. There are 3 levels of seats within Krause House Stadium: courtside, owners box, & bleachers. Each seat class has unique perks that will be unveiled in the near future.

If you can, we'd encourage you to grab seats near your friends — we have fun things in store for each of the sections at Krause House Stadium.


## What's the game plan?

* Backers can support the crowdfunding with ETH in return for Krause House Stadium NFTs.
* Krause House Stadium NFTs represent membership in Krause House DAO.
* The first feature of Krause House Stadium NFTs will be a tokenized Discord section, gated by your Krause House Stadium NFT.
* Krause House Stadium NFT holders will coordinate in the Discord to plan our governance & how to allocate our funds.
* The crowdfund will target a fundraise of 50 ETH, with a 100 ETH cap, which will be deposited into a multisig governed by the backers krausehouse.eth

## What's next?

The membership contribution period will be open until X, X Xth at 9am PST or until the stretch goal is reached.

A kick off meeting will be scheduled in discord and work will begin.
