- Ranked choice question: he got 3/5, he was below average. out of 6 candidates, he came in 4th. He didn't get the baisc concept of the question even provided an example and go through it. Told him no need to write code, psuedo code is okay for it but he still went back into it by code and which code is wired.

- On code side, it is not clean for me. At least on UI part which using react.
- Think too much and react by complex code on easy logic problem

- A developer who make me feeling caring user experience. It is rare for me.

- It seems he lacks of the experiences for coworking with other frontend developer since he is the only one frontend dev in his current team

- In 2 sessions (2nd phone call and technical problem solving) he had small doubt that the quiz is too hard to be completed in the session
- Didn't peforme well in analyse problem (分析、拆解問題)
- Came out the skeleton of answer but not complete in the end.

### After 3 months, he passed the evalution, what may make it success?

- Good at implementation
- Lichin and Jade spend much time on him, and he could 跟上 to work with the team.
- Spend much time on obererving users and think about what user needs. Make good product for users.
- Hard working to catch up the technical skill set.
- Strong motivation to learn new stuff

### After 3 months, he didn't pass the evalutaion, what may make it failed.

- Logic might be the problem
- Think too much on development side and make simple thing complex
- Slower the team on team growth since need spend much time on him for letting him grow indivdually.
- Attitude issue that might complain or think the goal is too big in the beginning of the cycle and could not make it in the end.

- Lichin(slightly down): during pair programming session, he has proirtized issue on picking question. He finally completed hardest one but without enough time for the rest easier 2 questions.
