- Master degree or above, information engineering, information management, mathematics, statistics, electrical engineering related subjects.
- Experiences in machine learning, deep learning, and AI.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

Data Scientist will work on a variety of research and development projects leveraging multiple analytical techniques (data mining, text mining, and deep learning). Scope of projects will include Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Analytics, and Image/Video Recognition.

- Collaborate with a global Data Science team to develop and implement methodologies
- Work with solution leaders and engineers to ensure understanding of analytical requirements
- Ensure that all algorithms scale and if needed can be executed in real time

**Qualifications:**

- Statistical Knowledge such as regression, time series, mixed model, Bayesian methods, clustering, etc., to analyze data and provide insights
- Experience with large-scale, real-world problems on data science; deep learning modeling experience, such as CNN, RNN, LSTM and frameworks include TensorFlow, Keras
- Demonstrated communication skills; comfortable speaking with scientific and business audiences at all levels of an organization
- Basic understanding of programming language for analytics such as R, Python, Matlab, Scala
- Fluent English and Mandarin communication
- Less than 2 years full-time work experience

- 1+ year of experience in data-related fields.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in SQL, capable of managing large codes with multiple joined tables.
- Comprehensive understanding of data structure with slick sense to translate business inquires to practical data.
- Resistance to tight time constrictions with an internal drive to improve on speed and efficiency.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Educational background in business, statistics or computer science is a plus but not a must.
- Basic knowledge and coding capability in Python is a plus.

- Machine Learning skills: sufficient know-how of machine learning and basic experience of using machine learning tools.(must)
- Programming skill: can write Python scripts for simple job automation.(must)

- Working experiences in digital advertising industries.
- Hands-on experience in utilizing analytic/visualization tools (SQL, R, Tableau).
- Advanced Python programming: e.g. able to do complex analysis using Python.
- Experience in writing Spark programs for data analysis.
