## Bringing Plurality to the Pride - A queer journey about lgbt+oddballs, the power of words and DIY Activism

This is going to be about my experiences of bringing Plurality Information Material and engaging into Plural Representation at a bunch of Pride walks during the summer 2023. I will describe the protests themself and what I have learned there, some theoretical framework about the ideas of queerness and neurodivergency and practical tips how to successfully participate at a pride and how to make protests more accessible. The goal of the talk it to motivate and inform other systems ti engage in plural activism, as well as ideally creating a starting point for discussions of representation and inclusions on prides. As a Bonus, there will share some memes.''

## The new version

Would ya bring a Plural Flag to a Pride? That is what brought me to 7 different prides last year, sharing Plural Information material, gauging the reaction of attendees, talking to Singlets about the nature of Plural Experiences and learning a lesson or two myself. This panel will take ya& on a journey through my last summers adventures. It leads us through the protests themself, some very verbose books and my thoughts on what would enable more plural folks to show pride.

Embracing Plurality can be an expression of freedom, just as Queerness often is. LGBTQ+, Plurality and Neurodiversity are often presented as seperate movements - but why? We as a traumagenic system are familiar with excessive compartmentalisation - what's its use in activism? I will call attention to different intersections - to give us all the chance to tear down unnecessary imaginary walls and open Plurality up to a broader context of social movements. Through the means of memes.

I hope to spark interesting and ongoing disucssions on the goals we as the Plural community have and how to achieve them. The talk should inspire, assure and encourage Plural people to visit their local prides and protests to show colors - grab your flags. For fun and visibility.

It tells the tale of my journey through various prides last year, with a plural flag - and some other Plurality info material. I will go through some practical leasons, good stories n a bit of theory. So if ya& interested in queer and plural activism, might be a talk for ya&.

It will be presented "Plural Positivity World Conference" - despite the bombastic name, it actually had a lot of good panels the last couple years, so I recommend it even without mine.
