### Proposal n°2 : Induction recharging
##### Actors
:::warning
- FOR WHOM? Our target is office workers, The principle of this prototype is to be able to recharge these devices in the car if necessary.
- BY WHO? We are a start-up wo are offering a new product: "The induction recharging".
- WITH WHOM? As other actors involved we could think of the population in general. It could be useful for those who work during their path. It could be effective especially when some passengers carpool (e.g. with Blablacar).
:::
##### Context
:::warning
- WHY? We want to change the concept of simple carpooling. In the case of carpooling for office workers, some would need to access to their computers before a meeting for example or to finish a task from the day before. Our goal is to allow workers to be able to use their computers before arriving at work. We consider a success in this prototype when the users will think of optimizing their working time.
- WHEN? This concept could be used in the morning on the way to their office or after work if they feel the need.
- WHERE? This prototype is to be placed in the cars in front of everyone's seat (except the driver). We imagine it as the principle of the reclosable tablets that are found in planes or trains.
:::
##### Features
:::warning
- WHAT? The resulting concrete offer will enable office workers to easily and quietly use their devices while charging them. Unfortunately, in public transport it is very difficult to access it if there is anything to be done. That is why this will give a new image and a new concept to carpooling for office workers.
- HOW? He opens the tablet. Once the tablet is opened, it is ready for use. Then, by placing his computer on the tablet, the power is applied.

### Proposal n°3 : TESLORONA
##### Actors
:::warning
- FOR WHOM? Our target is the car that is used for carpooling. The principle is to disinfect the car after each use to avoid the presence of germs and to avoid contaminating other passengers. It is an integrated box, it is offered as an option for company cars. This box is filled with hydro-alcoholic spray and disinfects the car when the C (Clean) button is pressed. Carpooling is therefore safer and imposes new hygiene/sanitary standards.
- BY WHO? Describe who you are
- WITH WHOM? It would be efficient to involve it also in public transport after each day of use. Common areas are the areas most affected by germs and are very poorly cleaned.
:::
##### Context
:::warning
- WHY? We want to change the image of transport users (car, carpooling, buses, trains...). But also, we wish to improve the quality of life of citizens by imposing appropriate conditions of hygiene and sanitary.We consider a success in this prototype if users are less afraid to borrow the car, if they find it more hygienic.
- WHEN? The key moments will be during the carpool drive: in the morning or in the evening in the car.
- WHERE? The space in question will be in the carpool car. The way it will be used is by means of the upright table that will be in front of each passenger when they wish to recharge their computers.
:::
##### Features
:::warning
- WHAT? We offer office workers the opportunity to recharge their computer without an electrical outlet, outside their office, while carpooling.
- HOW? Key actions: The vehicle owner must ensure that the device is recharged with disinfectant.

### Choose the most promising proposal
Compare the three proposals and select the one you think is the most relevant with regard to these 4 criterias:
- Is this proposal relevant to the course theme? (Fix our future with digital fabrication)
- Is this proposal relevant to the group's subject?
- Can I materialize this proposal on a scale of 1:1 at the makers' lab?
- Does my proposal respond to a real need?
At the next meeting you will argue your choice with your tutor, she / he will choose the proposal you will develop in the next phases.
:::warning

:::
:::warning
**Describe below why you selected this project:**

*We have decided to choose this project because we think that it is the one that has the greatest potential in improving carpooling, moreover we have already started to think about changes and improvements.*
:::
* * *
### Define your dream product
You and your tutor have chosen the best proposal, before testing it with users you need to refine this proposal.
:::warning
- What is the purpose of your product?
The purpose of our product is to improve carpooling between employees, and make this experience easier. The goal is not look like an app such as Uber or other ones but to have something extra that will make employees choose carpooling over another option.
Moreover, our product has been designed to be as simple as possible, indeed with its single button it is easier to use than an application and its very simple operation will allow it to have autonomy of several weeks / months.
:::
:::warning
- What problem do you want to solve with it?
With our product we try to make carpooling easy, safe and cool. Moreover we start from the idea that in france 1/3 of employees say they are late due to traffic and 1/5 complain of delay because of public transport.
:::
:::warning
- What features your product will have to achieve this objective? Rank the features in order of importance
- main feature: geocalisation, the whole project is based on this technology and the fact that when users request a ride, the drivers can localise them.
- second feature: small, the device has to be compact and fit in a pocket with keys.
- third feature: simple, with a single button all the actions possible can be done. It's important that our product be used even by people usually not comfortable with technologies.
- fourth feature:High autonomy, it's one of the fact why this device is better than app, you can still ask for a ride even if you smartphone battery is dead.

# P2. Test!
:::info
The goal of this phase is to improve your prototype using end-users feedback.
:::
:::danger
**Negative user feedback doesn't means your proposal is bad** : do not give up and analyse what are the pain points to solve in a new version.
:::
## Test and iterate your proposal
### 1. Test protocol
Write below your test ptotocol :
:::warning
The ideal user profil could be a worker who lives far enough away from the office and wants to be able to talk in the car on the way to and from work.
:::
:::warning
**Write here the goal of your test:**
The goal of our test is to show that this badge can make people's life easier. And the goal of this prototype is to insist people to use it and therefore to practice carpooling.
:::
:::warning
**Describe here the main feature you want to test:**
The main feature we want to test is :
- if the indicated waiting time corresponds to the time it takes for the driver to arrive.
- If the geolocation system is working properly and is accurate.
- if when the waiting time is finished the badge do some sound and vibrate.
:::
:::warning
The people who will perform our tests will be people who match the ideal user profile we are looking for: office workers. It won't be too difficult to find them, as many people are in this case around us on a daily basis.
:::
:::warning
**List and clearly describe all the actions that the user will have to perform to test your product according to your usage scenario:**
- action 1 : Press on the button to call a a driver who will come for carpooling.
- action 2 : Turn the badge to see the waiting time that appears on the back of it.
- action 3 : Wait for the button to vibrate and make a sound: this means that the driver has arrived.
Nothing simpler in 3 actions and without getting out the phone, a car is waiting for us, ready, to take us and our colleagues to work.

### 5. Define your final product
According to users feedback rewrite your requirements specification.
:::warning
- What is the purpose of your product?
The purpose of our product is to improve carpooling between employees, and make this experience easier. The goal is not look like an app such as Uber or other ones but to have something extra that will make employees choose carpooling over another option.
Moreover, our product has been designed to be as simple as possible. Indeed with its single button it is easier to use than an application and its very simple operation will allow it to have autonomy of several weeks/months.
Furthermore, the purpose is also to be as practical as possible, hence its small size and keychain. What we want is to facilitate the use with induction charger ( that recharges in record time)and optimal autonomy to always have the opportunity to practice carpooling at any time.
And finally we wanted our product to also have an impact on the environement and about how people drive.
:::
:::warning
- What problem do you want to solve with it?
In the first instance,is not really a problem that we want to solve but rather an improvement. In fact,the ease of use of the macavroom as well as its social function encourage to choose it rather than an application such as Uber. Also, with our product we try to make carpooling easy, safe and cool
So it's the beginning of a long chain of problems that can be erased little by little. Today, cars are one of the main contributors to air pollution and carpooling could represents a 30% reduction in pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions.All this thanks to the fact that there is more people in one car, so you use all the capacity of this car and allows to have fewer cars and therefore less pollution.
That also means that there is traffic congestion reductions because less car= less traffic
Moreover it creates a social bounding because office employees go to the same place and have the same job so they probably have the same point of interest and they will be able to discuss in the car instead of being alone.
This little badge is finally a gearing leading to solve many problems that not only affects today's carpooling but also more vital problems such as pollution.
And finally it also solves the problem of company cars in societies. Because with our system, companies will save money in the long run.

# P3. Design
## Make your final prototype
:::info
Now that you have defined what is your best proposal it's time to make a greater version of it. You will present it to the jury during the final evaluation alongside the early prototypes made in the previous phase.
:::
:::success
A good prototype is self-explainatory : the user must be able to understand how it works without instructions or user manual. It must be fully functional and sufficiently strong to withstand several demonstrations in real conditions of use.
:::
:::danger
For this phase it is **mandatory** to use at least :
- **Tinkercad** to design in 3D your product
- **Tinkercad Circuits** to design the electronics
- **Adobe XD** to make your prototype interactive.

### Conception
- Use **TinkerCAD** to design your parts.
:::warning

In grey, this prototype represents our induction charger. It is high and its size is larger than the macavroom.

In pink, this prototype represents the macavroom. It has a hole to put the push button. And also, a small clip to hang it on the keychain.

Here, is the final Tinkercad creation. We can also see that the induction loader has a raised platform.

### Building process
Describe below the building steps of your demonstrator and insert a picture for each step :
:::warning

**step one** :Cut card and tape 2 circles with any tape you want
:::
:::warning

**step two** : Cut a circle in the mousse so you have the space between the top and the back of the macavroom to put the Arduino and the battery.
:::
:::warning

**step three** : Add glue to fix the all
:::
:::warning

**step four** : Cut post-it to show the fonctionnalities of the macavroom.
:::
:::warning

**step five** : Cut the top of the nerf ball and write a sound emoji on it.
:::
:::warning

**step six** : To create a led, take a small piece of mousse and tape to do a small circle thing.
:::
:::warning

**step seven** : Find a fastener to connect the macavroom to the keychain (the logo will be added to the keychains by laser cut).
:::
:::warning

**step eight** : Here is the final product of our macavroom with its induction charger
