# Handover for Stefan

I’ve set up an out-of-office saying that I’m away from 24 June - 4 July, but will respond when I’m back on 5th.

I’ve said that if the email is urgent, they should contact you :)

## General things:
SV:
- Thakara edited their PR, @ana \ I told them you would get back to them. (see email)
- Posts whent live last week, where shared on twitter and boosted there. I asked author to post on HN and reddit but didn't hear back. My plan was to then do it myself Wednesday, but Oskar got an attack again, and I've been taking care since. So they weren't shared there yet. sorry.
- Note: I used https://convertio.co/ to convert the videos to the required formats. Wes was sick and then couldn't figure out how to do it, this actually worked fine. Seems like the easy way to go for us going forward.
- That is all the important handover. I will be hardly working while Oskar is recovering, but ping me for urgent things or when you are blocked Ana?

[PR is ready](https://github.com/appsignal/appsignal-nextjs-blog/pull/554), this just needs a cover - I've [asked for Tamara to design the cover in BC](https://3.basecamp.com/4738529/buckets/18166700/todos/5054448881) and have pinged her in Slack too. Please chase on Tuesday AM if you haven't got a cover by then.

When it goes live, can you please do Twitter sharing SV:✅ and drop Karol a line at [e-mail]? Can you ask him if he's happy to do HN and Reddit sharing too? I've asked him and he's said: _'Sorry I have no capacity at the moment for blogging. Please do as you see fit with part two. I’ll contact when I can'_ - so I'm not holding out much hope that he'll do the sharing, unfortunately.

MM: I'd say let's ask someone from the team. I think Jelte or someone from our dev team could do it as an exception.

For the following payments, I've let them know I'll be away and to ping you with the invoices / bank info:

- Marcos Ramos - [e-mail] - may submit an invoice - 350 E for Reducer functions P1.

If the invoices / bank deets from those authors don't come through, I'll pick them up when I'm back.
