In my case, I'm using the Pi on laptop screen. When I open the video conferencing link (Jitsi, Classmeet, Google meet and Zoom) using firefox, it says that Classmeet needs my permission to enable microphone and if i click on "microphone" when i get prompt but i'm not getting any screen. I noticed that the prompts are offscreen and could not find a valid working solution to enabling the microphone and configuration. It seems that unable to access microphone in Pi. I'm not sure how to proceed, you can see a screenshot.
