* December releases - waiting on upstream, validation should be ok by next Thursday
* K3s project at KubeCon => lightning talk attended by ~700 people, super nice response - asking for support in Incubation efforts. K3s kiosk in the CNCF projects area. Lots of friendly folks stopped by to share their K3s story and how they are using it. Interest in starting to contribute.
* K3s Incubation - in pipeline for a sponsor to be selected (a sponsor is driving from the CNCF side)
* Talk submitted to FOSDEM - decision should be known by end of December
* Flannel project could enter directly in Incubation level (see https://contribute.cncf.io/projects/lifecycle/ )
* KubeCon EU - Manuel & Orlin will attend Maintainers Summit
* CoPilot - Orlin to check with CNCF about some guidance
