## Goals & Strategy

Our main goal for this prop is to 10x our audience from 80k to 800k followers. We are currently at 280K followers.

Even though follower growth is usually not linear, our assessment is that we are on track to hit this goal within this proposal's timeframe.

We have executed on the 3 strategies that we outlined in our [proposal](https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/413):

> * Double down on 3 Artists and keep on iterating to reach tens of millions of people
> * Develop new content that will resonate with our community
> * Experiment with new formats (e.g. length of show) to breakout on YouTube

Three Artists continues to be our flagship show, with more recent episodes hitting a million views consistently.

## Experiments with Long Form

We have piloted [two](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0cDxB0VoT4&t=1s) [long-form](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Js3A-B8wtIs&t=2s) versions of Three Artists on YouTube and have not yet unlocked growth.

We have more to learn here. And because it takes 3-4 weeks to produce long-form Three Artists we decided not to iterate on long forms in the short term. We think long-form is important and plan to revisit it in the future.

## Our Piloting Process

We have been allocating about 75% of our time to iterate on Three Artists and put out a weekly episode. 25% of our time went to working on piloting new concepts.

Piloting is how we find new hits and diversify our content portfolio, and reach new audiences.

This is how we created [Drawn Together](https://www.instagram.com/p/C5TGOD6MZfk/), which was a very successful pilot.

For the next few months we are dialing up our piloting process and will spend 66% of our time piloting, and 33% on Three Artists.

## Activating our Audience

Through our content, we are building a community of creative people who are curious and love creativity and art. We think it's an opportunity to activate this audience and get them to fall in love with Nouns and engage with the brand.

In the next few months we want to run the following experiments:

1. Leveraging brand partnerships to bring our audience value.
2. Trying an off-chain version of "rounds" or Nouns DAO itself by funding our community to create their own nounish projects.
3. Helping amazing artists from our roster put proposals on chain and get funding (and sharing the process on our channels along the way).
4. Generally introducing Nouns to our audience in a more explicit way.
