- Status of Logstash / Beats / EUI / Charts (horovits)
* Kyle: Logstash is supported through output plugin (released outsoon)
* Kyle: Beats - no plans to fork from AWS. If others want to, go for it. Users might want to look at FluentBit or others.
* Kyle: EUI / Charts - Current thinking is to integrate them into Dashboards, but open to others maintaining.

Will an OpenSearch 1.0 image be made available that can replace (drop-in replacement) the existing ODFE 1.13.2 image in the existing Helm charts? (I see there are efforts to create an entirely new (OpenSearch) Helm chart....but I'm just looking for an easy way to get a quick look and test

i would very much suggest starting to avoid beats - like the plague - many of them rely on ingest pipelines - which you can be VERY sure will be using features that diverge further down the fork
