## Infographic Development for POKT Network

### Problem Statement:

While significant efforts have been made to update and clarify POKT Network's documentation, website, and marketing presence, there remains a notable challenge in linking the information flowing through these systems effectively. This issue hinders knowledge sharing between internal operations personnel, the developer relations community, and end-users aiming to employ or deploy POKT Network technology.

### Hypothesis:

Creating stylized, diagrammatic infographics could effectively act as conduits for knowledge transfer across the various stakeholders within the POKT Network ecosystem, including internal teams, developers, and non-technical users.

### Proposed Solution:

The project will be executed in phases:
- **Phase 1:** Review existing documentation to identify complex or unclear areas, creating a backlog of topics that would benefit from infographic representation. This phase will also determine the target audience for each infographic.
- **Phase 2:** Develop low-fidelity flows of the proposed infographics using tools like FigJam, which will then be shared with the developer and user communities for feedback on accuracy and usefulness.
- **Phase 3:** Produce high-fidelity versions of the infographics that incorporate the latest updates to the design system and brand guide, ensuring they are visually consistent with the POKT Network's branding.
- **Ongoing Production:** Post initial phase, continue to develop two to three infographics per month, addressing the identified needs until all documentation gaps are adequately covered.
- **Scope Clarification:**
- Address the lack of clear understanding of the quantity and complexity of required infographics.
- Proceed with an understanding that there are significant unknowns, but this isn't a blocker for progress.

### Milestones:

- **Week 1:** Review technical docs to identify needs for infographics, validation from stakeholders.
- **Week 2:** Prioritize identified issues, begin low-fidelity mockups, and verify with the developer community for technical accuracy.
- **Week 3:** Iterate on diagrams to increase fidelity, ongoing validation with developers and stakeholders.
- **Week 4:** Finalize and ship 2 high-fidelity infographics, with decisions pending on output formats (e.g., Figma, vector).
- **Looking Ahead:**
- Initially, two high-fidelity infographics.
- Potential for an additional infographic shipped every week once infrastructure is established.

### Budget:

- $3000 for the first month
- Reevaluation of per-graphic rate once, depending on learnings

## Payment

Upon successful completion of deliverables, we will ask you to release the full funds in escrow.

## In case of dispute

If you lose confidence in the Raid Party at any time, you may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

If you do not release funds upon completion of deliverables, the Raid Party may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow.

In both cases, the `Lock` triggers the arbitration provider (i.e., LexDAO) to review the dispute. Based on their review, the arbitration provider will decide which party should receive what amount of funds, and will send a transaction to the escrow contract that will transfer the appropriate amounts to each party.

We sincerely hope this won't be the case, but all parties are protected nevertheless.
