Prysm setup

Clone the capella branch in the Prysm repo and build the binaries

Geth setup

Start beacon node

First you will need to CD to your Prysm directory. Set up your genesis time and set up Shanghai hardfork time to 144 seconds later. Please fill in $PATH_TO_GENESIS to the location that you created earlier. Then Run the following:

If you want to restart everying from scratch, remember to change the timestamp in shanghaiBlock in your genesis.json back to XXX again

Is this because the steps here involves generating genesis file using `prysmctl`? In the eip-4844 interop repo, geth starts before the beacon node, but I haven't seen any issue so far, so just curious whether this need to be changed https://github.com/Inphi/eip4844-interop (Edited)

The issue is mainly writing the shanghai hardfork timestamp to `genesis.json`. For the sake for simplicity, I put ordering as mandatory but one can launch geth before beacon node or validator as long as timestamp is correctly written (Edited)
